Come on the comparaison is so unnecessary. They are different stories with different key themes, actors and productions.…
yup, sorry to note that K&H fans have been coming here with their critic on a WuXia story benchmarking with Republican era & to draw attention to K&H. Such action can backfire rather than do good.
Frankly, I don't get why people kept saying viewers' attention were more on WKX or ZZS. The story is built on ZZS and WKX with ZZS opening the show. The two MLs are inseparable and their roles are not independent of each other. I support Jonq120873's view that you did not fully understand the whole story of WoH.
I've tried watching both series at the same airing time while waiting for new episodes, but K&H didn't appeal to me at all. A drama wouldn't be "overshadowing" another if that particular drama was really good.
As mentioned to you before, acting and directing in K&H was quite bad and storyline was boring with many plot holes and some quite absurd, especially the scene where JYL rushed to the police station with a gun, pointed at his peer demanding the guards to release his bf CYZ and even fired at Officer Jin. And the scene following that was quite absurd too.
Anyway, to each his own but if K&H is really that good, it needs no introduction nor promotion. Not appealing is no fault of WoH.
Believe there wasn't much promotion done for WoH. It's simply good and that's why it had appealed to so many Chinese and global fans ^__^
If you're talking about the child who stepped on the mouse her name is Kim Soo In.
hi Hotaru san, konbanwa.
As a matter of fact, when Mouse first started airing, there were two photos posted on Mouse Cast page. 1) Park SoYi - but her character name was not stated. 2) Kim SooIn as young Choi HongJoo. But after over a week later, Kim SooIn's photo was removed from the Cast List. I even wrote about this change at that time. (I'll submit request for her name to be added).
Now that Kim SooIn appeared in #8, i'm very certain that she is the 15 years old Choi HongJoo when she approached the 5-yo JaeHoon.
Park SoYi who is younger than Kim SooIn was playing the role of 10-yo HongJoo. She's the Headhunter decoy at the phone booth She was the one he ordered to tie up the woman he captured. Since the Headhunter was arrested, Choi HongJoo could have been set free and had to fend for herself.
It is also very likely that Choi HongJoo is the daughter of Detective Park Du Seok, and that's why she's been going to his home peeping at them from a distance. Otherwise, how could she have known that detective Woo JaePil lied about having killed Park's daughter already.
Besides the controversial issues with historic events and royalties, use of century eggs and mooncakes plus many others listed by Irene below, is western exorcism an issue too? Since when such exorcism can reverse a zombie infection and get rid of the "disease"?! Is there any other zombie dramas that used christian exorcism?
LOL, although i was hesistant to watch this zombie drama, it did seem promising and potentially good in terms of story, acting & a heavily invested drama. Unfortunately, this production got killed off by crazy narrow minded knetz. There goes all the hard work and effort put in by the cast and crew, and most of all their livelihood, especially the production team. Will they get their wages for the work done so far?
But then again, was there no auditing and legal advisory teams to check and spot the controversial issues before going ahead with production? Or were they aware but thought they could pull it off?
Was MDL anticipating this and that's why there's not a single count of users listed since 3/21?!
HongJu was headhunter's aide and still is. That's why she also hid the fact that she knew and kept mum many times when Ko MooChi asked if she has found him.
She's known JaeHoon since he was 5 yo. And she's weird too. She stepped on the rat and squashed it to juices without any emotion!!!
If Yohan wasn't the killer, then it's Choi Hongjoo. The room in the basement was her pin up wall cos she had access to all the photos...
I've said before that she's the mastermind with few helpers, and Yohan is one of them. If he's not, then he's her lover and when he found out she's a killer, he tried to protect her from being found out... Far fetched again? Will see!
But it's so confusing, Yohan wasn't even the killer, I thought we already established that?? I think the frontal…
why do people keep denying the fact that Yohan was JaeHoon and Jaehoon had been killing since he was a 10yo screwed up kid. Actually, JaeHoon was already being weird at the age of five!!!
There's one big mystery that I still can't explain at all. I can't even think of theories for it. Who killed Jae…
Lilli, why do you still think it's not JaeHoon when it's already shown in Ep#1, and confirmed he's a psychopath in Ep#3.
#1 Did you not see the improvised Cross JaeHoon put up at the plot he dug out for JaeMin in Ep# 1 @1:20:01. He already intended to bury JaeMin alive for to punish him for tattling. He even killed the fishes with ammonia and drowned his stepfather's dog. #2 He said "that day I prayed to The Almighty to please not let me become a monster. But the Almighty never answered my prayer. I ended up a killer" That part shown in Ep#1 is not JaeHoon's imagination. #3 His first case was sloppy probably because he was still a little 10yo kid but he remembered the excitement and thrill he felt that day (killing his stepdad and children). #4 Did you notice JaeHoon's mom shivering at Ep#3 @04:51 during Dr Daniel Lee's visit when she said he was wrong. She was lying then. #5 According to Daniel Lee, psychopath can beat a polygraph. That's why JaeHoon passed the unofficial lie detector test after he killed his stepfamily.
hi Chingus, can someone please help me check & confirm if the two women are one of the same person? Woman speaking to Mrs Headhunter in Ep#1 @1:06:11 and Photo of woman with baby (BaReum) in Ep#7 @25:47 Thanks
