heard of this, never looked into it until now. apparently it finished airing today(?). Anyways, is this series…
WoH is a costume Wuxia drama, not historical. "My Roommate is a Detective" with 1920s setting is not historical either. If you've never ventured into Wuxia swordfighting & pugilist Jianghu (martial arts world), WoH is a good entry point.

So ,, After I spoiled the finale I think Zhou Zi Shu character was treated unfairly ,, it started the drama with…
not quite understand how you derived that "ZZH character was treated unfairly"? It kicked off with Window of Heaven and finished off with him killing its replacement leader.

What do you mean by "ended with his problems watered down to make room just for WKX"?
The finale ended with WKX transferring all his mighty strength to ZZH to treat and heal him from the life threatening wounds of seven torment nails.

I wasn't asking anyone to compare oranges with apples. Didn't you state above "Unfortunately, that doesn’t really answer my question lol. ^.^;; Are they physically affectionate or are people exaggerating a little bit?"

So here i am, answering your question with a question of what and how do they regard as PHYSICALLY affectionate???

BTW China's Advance Bravely does include very physical affections showering on each other. And that's from China!
On Joseon Exorcist Mar 22, 2021
Seems the comedy aspect is provided by Prince Chung Nyung, his aide/bodyguard Ji Gyeom, and Marco

Haven't started this yet, because I want to wait for it to end, but I keep seeing people say that for a bromance…
LOL, LMHO reading those responding that WenZhou leads are really physically affectionate. These respondents have really good imaginations and creative in their fantasies to claim WenZhou are affectionate physically!

i've not seen the least bit of physical activity other than supporting each other whenever one party got badly injured. Does that count as physical affection?!

These people need to catch Taiwan "We Best Love: Fighting Mr 2nd (Ep# 2) and Thailand Dark Blue KIss. That's what I call physical affection!!!

Untamed wasn't bad ending
It was a cliffhanger for the TU couple and left to one's own interpretation. Won't be considered happy either.

While Kim SoHyun doesn't speak with her eyes, her facial expression are always the same... For a lost kid who had undergone hardship and strenous training to be an assassin/killer, she looks well fed. Feels that she should have shed some weight off her face... Anyway, we'll be back for finale.

Why Na In Woo looks uglier here than in Mr. Queen? He's acting is not even that good either. Also no chemistry…
I'm neither a fan of Kim JiSoo nor do i accept/forget his past actions if it were true, but JiSoo does have that certain x factor/appeal that fits the requirement for the ML role. He did quite well for the first six episodes.

Na InWoo lacks that appeal to act as a country bumpkin teenager. There's just something about his face and body built that doesn't appeal... Unlike Mr Queen, his acting here looks awkward and unnatural.

I do understand the director's intention for having Kim SoHyun filling th queen's role, but they shouldn't have done that.

I've already dropped this drama but just came back to check in on General Go Geon and Hae MoYong...

This story is set in Taiwan and where same sex marriage is legal and openly accepted. So, how come ShuYi's father opposed their relationship? Is it because Shuyi's dad is Japanese?

How do Taiwanese same sex couples resolve offspring issue? Adoption? Surrogation?

rn Taiwan is separate from China. If she had to be returned, what will happen to those married couples and adopted children?

Why is no-one talking about how Xu Jia is introduced to the audience?:D Dude opens the double door by flipping…
yeah, that's kind of weird! Was that action really needed? Couldn't he just knock, open door and walk in? I mean, it's not like there's any urgency in delivering the letter/news.

Can someone tell me in which episode do the main couples get married?

ok, back in the olden days, old folks esp wealthy chinese, would fret if their sons were to turn out to be gays, cos that would mean putting a stop to their descendents lineage - no offspring, right? But that's in the old days.

In this advanced technology era, surrogate moms can be engaged to bear fruits with own genes, can't they? Perhaps it's still difficult to identify a good & willing donor of eggs...

huh? Why's that? What's wrong with #33?
Excuse me for my poor understanding of Chinese terms.
What he said was
Dōu néng bǎozhù yīgè rén bàn xún zhī mìng
[都能保住一个人半旬之命]

Wuxi used the word 半旬之命 Ban Xún Zhī Mìng. Although
the word Xún 旬 mean Ten days, Ten years or Full period, it's followed by 之命 Zhī Mìng (one's fate)

Hence, the literal translation in this context is
"Can save a person's life for half a decade".
In Youku's subs: NO MATTER HOW BADLY THE INJURED IS, THIS ELIXIR CAN HELP HIM RECOVER HALF OF HIS LIFE.

Ye BaYi did tell ZZS that he'll lose all his energy once he remove the 7 torment nails. And that's why ZZS didn't want to get treatment. Hence my interpretation is that with the help of the elixir, ZZS can still retain 50% of his inner strength and will not lose his martial power after he forces out the seven torment nails.

As the only person who perfected his art in disguise.... I’m sure he can tell a fake WKX from a real WKX....…
LOL, chinese in the olden days are more concerned of being buried in one piece. Unless circumstances do not allow burial, Chinese don't cremate the bodies of loved ones. They bury them at good fengshui locations. As replied earlier, ZZS wasn't expecting a living WKS inside. So he's not surprised to see a corpse in there.

If ZZS thinks that the corpse is really WKX, then ZZS with his 50% fighting power could still have grabbed the corpse to bid farewell, bury him to send him off to Hades. But He deliberately set it on fire because he knows it's not WKX.

huh? Why's that? What's wrong with #33?
Dear Schimofinnie, as replied above, QQ was burning funeral rites paper for the dead outside the hut. Chinese don't burn such paper for a living person. Hence, ZZS wasn't expecting to see a living WKS inside when he asked QQ if WKS is inside. If you deduce that expression to be a surprise look, then it could mean that ZZS was surprised to find a fake corpse, and he's processing that info like "how can that be, what's happening, is this plotted by WKS?". But due to intruders approaching nearby, he thought it best to burn the fake corpse than letting those intruders get their hands on the fake body. Cos, if ZZH really thought that that corpse is WKS, wouldn't he have grabbed WKX away and bury him somewhere else???
That's my interpretation

huh? Why's that? What's wrong with #33?
Dear Schimofinnie, the fact that Qian Qiao is burning funeral rites paper outside the hut already symbolises a corpse is laid in the room. He's not expecting a living or injured person in that hut.
