yeah, ZYL is the best by far for WX role. So is HJJ for XiaoGe as well as CMH for Pang Zi. Everyone else but Piao! Can't wait for her exit!!!

LOL, you named it right - PROFESSIONAL missing person!!! If the director/scriptwriter is wanton, they may close this LTR season with ZQL suddenly appear in 11 Warehouse from nowhere just to save WX during his final test if & when his life is endangered!!!

Maybe director/scriptwriter hasn't decided how exactly he/she/they want to portray their relationship. If it really exists!, and if ZQL is such an important aide to WX in his quest journey, why is it this character ZQL always just come in a few scenes and then disappeared for most part until next season. Here in LTR, Xiaoge is not by WX's side from underground river.

hahaha, i found LTR HYJ much more appealing than TOTS. As for Su Nan, she's kind of old and stiff but then again TOTS WX is a much older man! And she dieded... So, there's actually no romance for WX.

Anyway, my gutfeel is that reading MereBear's translation of DMBJ Sand Sea would be much more interesting (without causing me unnecessary confusion) than watching 52 long epi which i'm already confused by ep 52

Hey jingu, excuse me for this long note. I'm probably being too critical and in high anticipation. So this TOTS doesn't meet the mark for me. i embarked on Ep 1 but found young guys and old man Wu Xie... Other than LiCu snow opening scene, nothing much appeals. Don't feel the suspense and So i skipped to Ep 52 was even more puzzled. TOTS Wu Xie is so different from LTR. Here he seems to be the leader of the pack with tens of men under him. I was even more puzzled by the tomb marked Pan Zi. Isn't that fat man with WX in the car at the cemetery the Pan Zi? Whose tomb is that that WX called for the ceremonious horning before leaving cemetery?

So i went backwards to Ep 51 but was again disappointed. The cheap looking props and location setting seems to be low budget production.

BTW, Uncle San's video about a Wang family being the 10th Clan and enemy trying to bring down the Nine Clans... Wonder if this 10th Clan is the cause of Uncle San's disappearance and the baddies in 11 Warehouse oLTR!!!

BTW, seems to me there are three parties going after Thunder City:- #1 WX & Er Xu so as to find San Xu. #2 the long ponytailed baddie. #3 the mysterious party who had forced 3rd uncle & partner/s to uncover Thunder City secrets. So, does anyone suspect that this party#3 is Er Xu's dream lover - the team leader who failed in the initial expedition?

Somehow, after all the hype in 1st half, the drama goes anti climax & quiet down, splitting them into groups but without much happening except in 11 Warehouse. Group 1 Voiceless girl (can't call her dumb/mute) on her treatment journey with Brother. Group 2 with Er Xu & troop going underground but not shown, talked only. Group 3 Pang Zi & girlfriend; and lastly Group 4 Wu Xie & XiaoBai in 11 warehouse... Guess by the rate this season is moving along, its Finale will probably end with WX finally getting promoted to highest Level and get to unveil the secret person or Wu SanXing... And by that time, we have to wait again for season 2 before we can finally get to see them all reunited and in Thunder City!!!

BTW, after browsing the titles in MereBear's blog, i couldn't co relate the drama epics with the books. Can you? Do you know which Volume/Chapter is Thunder City???

No, i disagree with that. We will know whether the role in the script is meant to be a stupid one or not. Her acting was outright terrible -couldn't even act the simple part of a hairstylist scrubbing/washing hair/scalp while PZ showed he felt so good after the wash!

Even if PP role is meant to be stupid/naive, her stiff acting certainly didn't act that way

OMG, think the little girl portrayal as Piao Piao's daughter Xiaomei is so much better than PP. Dreaded watching PP in every of her scene - she can't act at all, not even the part where she's supposed to wash hair. It's so horrific watching her!!! I can't wait for WX & PZ to leave this town!
