The message was nice and all, but there is a huge contradiction. The boy fell in love with her personality and because of that he saw her true beauty. But what about the girl? At the end of the day she only fell in love with his looks. I like the message they were trying to convey but its incomplete and one-sided .
I am sorry but at this point i feel like the writers are smoking the tree... All jokes aside, the drama is enjoyable but the plot is all over the place.
it's just fine. Dong Goo has moved on and he loves another woman. Dong Goo deserves to be happy. Who cares if…
Ofc she doesent belong to him. But i am not talking about her, belonging to him. I am talking about something u shouldnt do as a friend(I am talking about Doo shik). From my prespective, a friend of yours, should never date someone you had a serious and long relationship with. But thats my opinion. Maybe i am a bit old-fashioned.
This show is absolutely hilarious. Sometimes the jokes are pretictable but they are well-written, so u end up laughing anyway. The only thing that is bothering me a little, is the relationship between Doo Shik and Soo Ah. I mean, she is his best friend`s ex-girlfriend. They were together 4 years and Dong Goo was devastated (mostly for comical pusposes, but still...) when they broke up. Other than that they are cute together and if Dong Goo is fine with it, who am i to disagree?
Same bro. I am also a adult man weeping every episode lol last ep was too intense
I feel u man. The last episode was indeed so intense. We gotta wait a whole week to find out what will happen. I guess ill ask the Santa Maria team to build a time machine.
Before i start writting my story, i have to say that i am a 26 years old grown ass(sorry about that) man. This drama has the best, most on point drama ive ever witnessed in a show. Obviously, the actors are doing a great job. Anyway... the other day my brother came into my room and saw me wipe away my tears. He asked me with confusion "What are u doing?". I said, as i was blowing my nose, "Hey! U dont know what those 2 are going through" He just closed the door and left. My point is...to all of u wondering if u should give this show a try...just watch it already!
At episode 7 Je Hoon had a shirt when he was coming out of the bathroom with the phrase "HIDE WHO YOU ARE". On top of it there was a greek translation of that phrase that was wrong. The shirt should have said "κρύψε το ποιος είσαι "(hide who you are) and not "κρύψει το ποιος είσαι"(its so wrong i cant even translate it in english). It seems a tiny mistake but it changes everything. I was so surprised when i saw it, that i end up laughing way too much.
Edit: I just noticed that Baek Juns blouse had the phrase "NOTHING TO HIDE". I think the writers did that on purpose.
Are you actually saying that after taking care 24/7 for their baby she should have also made sure to be sexy for…
When they got back in time he said that he should avoid her because she was not happy with him. That means he still cares about her. When his boss said all that about Jin Joo he got mad and kicked him in the water. He sinceraly cared about his child and his in-laws as well. What i am trying to say here its not that he is a saint or something, but that he is not as bad as u guys think. One last thing. Lets assume he truly is a jerk and a selfish person. Why did he got envolved with her again? If he is truly a jerk he could just ignore her and live his new life. But he cant ignore her because he still deeply cares about her. Anyway, i do respect your opinion and i hope the writers will tell us about his point of view as well.

We dont know yet if he was trying or if he wasnt. But thats not the point here. They are clearly ended up in a routine and with a lot of problems. Taking care of a child is not an easy job, but working a lot of hours in a workplace like that is not an easy job either. You cant call him a jerk because of one thing he said after a hard day and u cant call him a jerk based on speculations especially when we dont know the whole story yet.
If someone has the right to kick the shit out of him, its Ban Do. That doctor is reason of the misunderstanding that led to his divorce and the reason that noone respects him in his job. I dont even know how someone can have so much self-control.
I think there is a big misunderstanding with Ban Do. I see many girls calling him unlikable and even a jerk and thats unfair. They are both at fault here. Jin Joo took the weight of the household, while Ban Do took the weight of providing them with money. Along the way, she stopped taking care of herself and instead of a woman she just became a mother to her husbands eyes. Thats why he said that about her dress. On the other side, the money he could provide them were not enough and while doing so, he got hummiliated by his higher ups. Those situation stressed them both and led them to the current state. Lets no forget what he said about her not being happy with him and that its better if she doesent get involved with him. ( I am not a native english speaker so i am sorry for my grammar mistakes)
The first 8 episodes where good, refreshing and realistic. At the end of episode 8 i had this bad feeling....In the next 4 episodes i skipped a lot of scenes(especially the ones with anthonyx jinjin). The fact that she is 35 years old and she is still fangirling bothers me so hard. I know she is inexperience and immature when it comes to love, but its like she doesent know what or who she wants. The other thing that bothers me is that ji won told his brother that him and jin jin are just friends.
The last episode hit me like a hurricane. The portrayal of the struggles of their generation was really realistic and on point. Here in Greece i belong to what they call "the 592 euros generation" thats why i can totally relate with her struggles. The writers are doing such a great job delivering all those messages about the todays society. Patriarch families, stereotypes about women, marriage from a realistic point of view, and a lot more "taboo" topics. On top of it, the actors are great and the chemistry is good.
Edit: I just noticed that Baek Juns blouse had the phrase "NOTHING TO HIDE". I think the writers did that on purpose.
