Ah thank you! Someone finally says it and I could not agree with you and everyone more. This is the reason why I always felt a disconnect with Wook's romance. It never felt genuine nor real to me and I pretty much have the same thoughts as everyone here. I thought initially I was just being cynical because everyone loves Wook and Hae Soo's chemistry/loveline but I never felt it once at all. For this reason, I always feel that Wang So was more sincere and genuine towards Hae Soo. I think that is the reason why they would end up loving each other deeply - they connect with each other on a much deeper level.

Wang So is the lead character, I doubt he'll die because then the story would end lol

That's a very good question :P although it looks like he drank acid or something for blood to be vomited out almost immediately after drinking! Especially in Goryeo times....he would've died already. Obviously...dramaland will make sure he miraculously become fine the next day lol

I haven't seen the Chinese version and I'm only watching this one for the first time...but judging from what you said, it's the same for this version too. Hae Soo also falls for her cousin's husband (8th prince). Up to now (episode 10) the romance between 8th prince and Hae Soo is still there (meaning HaeSoo still has feelings for 8th), but we're starting to have a bit of development between 4th and HaeSoo now.

With the multiple wives, haha yeah it's the same for this version too - only thing is we don't get to see these princes wives on screen. They're only mentioned in dialogue.

Aww Wang So :'( I just want to hug him. Someone needs to give 4th prince a happy ending!! I'm glad that he's first lead so that I can root for him, because seriously the poor guy just needs to be loved and be happy. He's showing to be such a selfless guy who just wants to be accepted, yet people are so greedy around him and making his life difficult. Oh and that Queen/mother....yeah she's a heartless horrible person!

I haven't watched episode 11 yet either...but curiosity got the best of me :P

I know right, looks like things are going for a serious turn this week. Pretty sure we will have a cliffhanger scene for this week instead of the usual heart fluttering ending.

Also I think there's going to be a kiss scene....I mean that scene where he takes off Ra On's hat slowly reminds me of the same scene in Sungkyunwan Scandal just before they kiss.

This drama is my first time seeing Jung Il Woo yet he felt so familiar like I've seen him before. Pretty sure I fell for his looks the first time I saw him on MDL but I didn't know his name back then. I only realised I'd seen him before as our admin's (Skye) profile pic. I just finally caught up with this week's episodes and after finding out Hyun Min's reason... I just don't know anymore. It's so pathetic and ridiculous....like really Hyun Min?? I swear I loved this drama at the start (pretty much first half) but recent episodes - especially this week's - have been so disappointing :/ Now that I'm almost at the end, I can't wait for this drama to be over already.

Haha I mentioned the exact same thing more than a week ago - my comment is now way back on page 7. As a Boice I wondered the same thing too! Sigh, this drama had so much potential to be good, this would have been a nice added touch! This week's episodes are disappointing to be honest...

Out of curiosity since that you mentioned it...do you recommend The Moon that Embraces the Sun? I want to see another drama with Jung Il Woo.... Cinderella is the first time I've seen him so I wonder if there is another drama of his that is worth seeing :)

Now that The K2 is airing I can't help but have to revisit this page again. Man, I miss Wookie on my screen ❤ I wonder if I should do another re-watch of Healer for the nth time? :P

I can't help revisiting this page form time to time and feeling happy that people are loving this drama as much as I did back then. Especially while waiting for next episodes of Moonlight (for Bogummy) and Shopping King Louie (Seo In Guk)! Forever my favourite drama ❤
