I ADORE Wang So but I felt so incredibly uncomfortable during the kiss scene. Why did THAT have to be their first…
I agree I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one feeling uncomfortable too. I was saying this on previous comments but other people before don't seem to agree with me lol
I haven't caught up yet. All I know is that the 8th Prince is HOT!
If it's not for the fact that he's married, I agree he's swoon-worthy :) however I find the 4th prince more hot by comparison. Lee Jun Ki really rocks as Wang So <3
Monday please come sooner <3 Anyway I'm so tired of Scarlet Heart fans who continue to come here to say it's…
I agree with you, I absolutely love both dramas though and I hate to see fan wars between the two, however in my opinion, production-wise and quality Moonlight is much much better! Everything flows nicely too and we don't get that in Scarlet Heart (as much as I love Lee Jun Ki there...I feel sorry for him because of the directing).

For me, Moonlight makes me swoon for the leads....I get so much "feels" watching the OTP, whereas with Scarlet Heart I don't get as much of the same feelings for the OTP.
I think the mystery guy under the umbrella at end of episode 2 is going to be Oh Dae Hwan ( the actor who played Ma Jin Seok in 38 Task Force). Since I loved 38TF and I also found Ma Jin Seok to be somewhat adorable (don't ask haha)...I can't help but noticed his voice when he said "hello stranger". It sounds so much like him...so I'm betting it's probably Oh Dae Hwan we will be introduced to next episode.
I really wanted to love this drama because I'm a fan of Solim couple from WGM but even they can't save the drama for me...I ended up dropping this. Hope others enjoy it though :) maybe this isn't my cup of tea.
I wonder why people keep mixing up with these two Nam Ji Hyuns. One is an idol while this one have been a talented actress since young! Profile picture does not look like actress NJH! I hope someone changes it to the right image.
I don't know if anyone feels the same but that forced kiss scene made me feel so uncomfortable. I know I've been…
lol don't get me wrong, I absolutely love this drama too. The only reason why I compared this to Moonlight is because it's the drama competing in the same time slot as Scarlet Heart. They both aired at the same time and Moonlight has higher ratings. If you end up watching Moonlight you'll see why it has higher ratings. Production-wise it's very well made compared to SC (from the music, editing, directing, camera work, acting... everything is smooth and perfect transition) and I'm not even talking about the plot. Plot wise on paper I'd say SC would be more intriguing but their execution is a little sloppy by comparison - and it's a preproduced drama too! Moonlight on the other hand is not preproduced (they're in liveshoot mode right now) but quality is better. Moonlight may be a feel good drama but it has the right amount of tension and suspense. I don't know how Moonlight will end up but historically the lead character, Lee Young, actually dies young...so there's a tragic ending to this story.
As for the force kissing, I do understand his actions if we're looking at it from his point of view, however if you put yourself in Hae Soo's shoes, you could see how uncomfortable/frightened she is (well at least that's how I saw it). It'll be interesting to see what would happen in the next episode. Please don't make the wrong assumption with why I brought up this topic. I wasn't thinking of how a "lead's first kiss" is supposed to be but rather Wang So did something completely out of character for him, especially compared to his scene in the previous episode where Hae Soo put make up on him. He was considerate and did not kiss her because she feels surprised/uncomfortable. I thought he wouldn't force it on her...but then next episode that's exactly what he did. It kind of made me disappointed in his character and I was rooting for him since the start. However, having read the original plot I understand why they need to make Hae Soo scared of him. She was meant to misunderstood him at first before falling in love with him.
I don't know if anyone feels the same but that forced kiss scene made me feel so uncomfortable. I know I've been rooting for Hae Soo and Wang So...but this is really not okay. Forcing himself on her is not remotely romantic...not even in the slightest. I know it's out of desperation for him but I feel like Wang So took so many steps backwards with Hae Soo in this episode :( I hope he realises his mistake and apologises to HS in the next episode. This forced kiss scene (lead's first kiss) is a stark contrast to Moonlight's kiss scene where Lee Young at least has the girl's permission to kiss.
