definitely! there is no way for him to undo that post he wrote online, once something is online it will be there forever, and that post will haunt Young woo for the rest of her life at every turn, if it's for a promotion or if it's for an interview in a new firm, she will be asked about that post and as I said the ramifications of it might not even be shown fully in the drama but if you have the vision to look to the future, then you can see how much damage it can do, especially in Korea, a country that emphasizes on online purity.

It's already escalating, and just because asshole people exist in the world doesn't mean that what they're doing is right and we should therefore ignore apparent bulling in this drama just because some "people" think it's "realistic"

If after all the cases they have worked on together he doesn't see Young Woo as deserving of her position then he never will, the writer might give him some half-assed redemption at some point but I and many others will not forgive or forget his behavior.

Don't bother arguing with marple2, he seems to be stuck in his own delusion, he doesn't even understand what bullying is, on top of that it seems that Min Woo will at some point in the future attempt to get Young woo fired too, This guy will probably think that's being a rival too and no bulling is taking place

His behavior is way past just being competitive, he is starting to become malicious and in episode 7 he wanted to recruit Choi Soo Yeon to his cause, that's beyond competitive.

Also he is against someone who has Autism, someone who deals with that disadvantage and the issues that comes with it daily, he doesn't even think that without that connection, Young Woo would have been unemployed.

I agree with everything you said except number 2, so far from Min woo has been a piece of shit character, I get that law-firms are competitive and cutthroat but that doesn't mean he has to forego decency, kindness, morality or simply being a good human-being, his behavior is unacceptable and I wish a horrible faith on him.
Look at episode 7 and his whole speech on connections, first of all he doesn't even know the full picture, second of all he is living in Korea; the country of connections. I don't see how this could have been a surprise for him. does he want young Woo to be unemployed???? because that's the vibe I'm getting from him.

If it's anything but a light and heartwarming drama, which was advertises as, then a lot of people(me included) are going to drop it and give it low and bad reviews, so I hope it doesn't go that route.
