Xu Yizhen and Sun Yue are among my top 3 favourite CPs, they have crazy good chemistry and they're actually quite hilarious. Hopefully both of them get more mainstream roles and attention
Deliberately waited for the series to end and binge watch as the first episode didn't hook me.
After bingeing I can say I didn't make a mistake. The storyline was single ply tissue thin, and there really wasn't much substance. I found myself bored. I don't really know if this should actually be called a series proper, it was more a series of random moments duct taped together.
The production quality would have been great if not for poor editing choices. Distinguishing between "real time" and flashbacks relied on intuition.
The acting was so so, but at least the visuals were good. The leads had reasonable chemistry but I wasn't invested in their relationship 😕. The more interesting pairing were Simeon and Hyun Jae, I liked their dynamic and wanted to know if they got together.
I might rewatch if I run out of shows to watch...but anyone seeing my PTW list will know that won't happen anytime soon

Alas many mistake the two. I think Pear represented an ideal for Kawi, an unobtainable goal so to say. I guess he loved the thought of her more than he loved the reality of her.
No lie she looks just like Li Lulu. Originally thought she was which is why I started watching the Age Difference in Love, later found out it was a different actress, but she's hilarious as well. Wouldn't be surprised if they're actually related
I love Li Lulu. She's so cute with her teeth. So natural and real. I also like how her roles are always bad ass, independent type women who can hold their own. I think Warning Ahead is my favourite, followed by This Young Hero Is a Little Cold
I agree about the ML's sister. Her character could have been developed much better than this whiny, lovelorn stalker.…
They made her seem wishy-washy, so I don't really believe her affection is genuine although from the ending montage we know they get married. The SML is a babe, in any other scenario he's ML material 😉. Anyways here's me waiting for Wednesday and new episodes
I'm so glad a clip of this series showed up in YouTube shorts else I'd have missed out on this delightful series. I mean I binged the 14 available episodes in one sitting it was so good.
I've watched the ML in a number of web series and am happy to see him in a higher budget longer length series.
The FL is new to me but I'm going to be on the lookout for more from her. And kudos to the wardrobe department...her styling is fierce and gives off lady boss vibes in line with her character.
The supporting cast are great, my only complaint is the ML's sister. She's borderline obsessive, a stalker and kinds fickle, I'm sympathetic of the SML as obviously it's set up for them to become a thing.
Looking forward to the remaining episodes. My bad ... forgot the ML here was the SML in Love is Sweet.
The actual f**k! Your boy forgets your 5th anniversary and then cuddles up with your friend on your couch and you're chill! I'd at least give them an ice water bath before kicking both of them out of my house. To be honest I'd have kicked them out when Seekram started talking about how they loved each other.
That aside I'm only watching this cos I needed to cleanse my palate with something light after being gut punched by Egoist, but this is giving me Future and Tem Jai vibes, might end up dropping it
Almost wish I hadn't watched it. I really didn't feel like experiencing emotional turmoil today. Especially heartbreaking as I lost my mother to illness
But why would that be wrong, if they both agree to it. Why is his ideal type questionable.
Realistically every relationship comes to an end either through death or divorce/separation. C'est la vie ! 🤷🏿🥹 So yeah one should live their best life irrespective of the odds cos no one is getting out alive!
