Then you should watch General and I. For me ..this drama is so far the most satisfactory in ending. The don't lose any power in exchange for something like Love more than immortality , or someone died and then suddenly alive ( i will never let you go, Legend of the phoenix). General and I, happy ending for both of them. most of protagonist alive and they got the throne.
Any drama like this with the lead is a powerful male and not easy pasy with girls and good/happy ending? fighting, History/wuxia/Xian Xia ( not bald time period, i don't like it), emperor/kingdom, prince & princess, enemies to lover and steamy kisses ? XD

This story like the writer change the ending in last minute. Instead pairing Gui Li/Zhang Xiao Fan with Bi Yao, they change Zhang Xiao Fan with Xue Qi. This is ridiculous since the beginning is like the story about 2 different clans that's like cat and mouse. If they changed to Xue Qi, it's not interesting anymore. They should make it like in Jade Dynasty, the movie version. It's clearly they give hint about Xiao Fan and Xue Qi.
This is not fair..and i don't think so i will watch this..and I like Gui Li in "black" reminds me Wei Ying who become Yiling laouzu. No wonder if the rate will drop...

Just finished..and she is super annoying. I am agreed with you..I don't really like Cdrama with the female as the main character, specially the annoying , spoil and bitchy. This is why I like the hero and main character is the male and the female should not an annoying girl. Otherwise i'd rather watching a BL drama ...hahahha
The story is good..but the writer and director should be able to make the female lead not so annoying and not so st*pid. Make her naive but not st*pid specially when she comes from the future. This is what that makes this drama underrating .
The story is good in the beginning ..It's getting exciting when we got to know who Din Ning is ( Although i am kinda disappointing that the king know who Din Ning is too early and with that way.
