Honestly, if SDM was a real person, and NDS was a real person.I would see it as SDM being an opportunist. SDM…
I did. They would make a dimple couple :)). I noticed in the countdown interview when KSH got hype and hot, he took his blazer down a bit and Hanna put it back for him naturally. It looked sweet and funny at the same time because they didn’t even have lots of scenes together. It feels like a girlfriend would do that :)))

I actually enjoyed this K-drama very much. I don't remember the last time I cried, but I cried so much after watching…
Hello, I don’t usually comment on this type of comments because I like to discuss about the drama itself. But your comment seems off to me. Your comment started as something positive but turned out to be negative itself.

First, as we don’t know each other, we are in no position to tell other commenters to GROW UP!

Second, ... professional critics..have all the time in the world. This is a personal attack again to people you do not know. I am sure some people like to read their comments, just like you hope someone will read your comment and change their mind about the drama.

Third, ...the least you could do is to respect their work. I am sorry but acting is also just a kind of work. There are many hard jobs in this world. People do their jobs, get praises and critics to grow professionally. Just like people must receive feedbacks for their jobs, drama actors and writers must as well. In fact, they earn much more than ordinary people. So I do not find your point impressive. We may respect their hard work, but that doesn’t mean we cannot disagree with their work.

So I hope you will be more positive next time.

Agree with you here. Every character was discounted for the dodal endgame. Lost potential!

@Gala Ramirez I think that plot was not necessary though. Of course IJ took that chance and it was wrong. But DS also took the chances twice and he got a wife and big company in the end. It’s quite strange this writer’s logic. IJ was quite impressive, that’s why she was cut off. Imagine if she and JP were made to be a couple, what would happen to the first couple :)))

I understand your points and it’s perplexing how the writer wrote her as a champion for young women. I think Injae is the champion. The funny thing is she was really challenged at sandbox, while her sister got help and love from two geniuses (finance and It).

Literally nothing DM does or feels from ep 9 onwards makes sense. The writer totally butchered her character.
I agree :)

At Age 12 Dal Mi was a young teen who had little to worry about. She just spent time playing or arguing with her…
The thing you are missing is that Dal Mi put away the letters and her 12 years old pen friend Nam Do San in a corner of her memory and she would have left them there if her sister did not come back to South Korea.
If this true, it confirms what kimsamsoon said: she takes advantage of people.
It’s evident in the drama that before the reveal action she checked the letters and JP writing. It means she still cares. Even when she put aside the letters, she should’ve done something about them. And ep 12, Saha asked her who she liked. She couldn’t answer right away. Why?
But anyway, for me it’s cheap writing to keep viewers at that point. Plus the timeskip, it painted her one of the most pathetic female leads.

Have you ever been in a relationship with someone that you were attracted to for a long time and you don’t know why rather than physical features, nice guy from a stable family, but you can’t really talk deep about something. There are lots of concerns in that relationship but you still go with it. Then, people around you wonder why you fall for that guy of all people. Then, how did the relationship turn out?

I wonder why the writer pushed the wedding while DM couldn’t tell a single reason rather than big hands, it’s you. From my experience, I can definitely tell why we got married and I’m more impressed by DM saying I care a lot about him (DS in the letter).

I don’t know why each period of this drama is long, but little I see how the older DM reflected on her experiences with love and life like she was in the past. People may say we must leave the past and look forward to the present and future. But DM of the present doesn’t make me feel her authenticity. Am I missing something or too biased that I can’t appreciate her character in the end?

I watched Still 17 yesterday and the writer let the second lead to tell the fl his love. They have beeen really good friends and she cried. I felt so much emotion in that scene. I don’t understand DM’s smile for JP in the end. She didn’t say anything about the letters to comfort him. I guess silence would be best for that?

What do you Think?

Even if you think HJP was not better for DM. Neither DS was ever. A relationship which started on basis of lie…
I agree. If you notice from the beginning, DM eyes for JP have been full of curiosity. She likes how nosy he is. She said herself she would choose DS in the letter, because he comforted her and she cared a lot about him. Those are really strong bonds and point to soulmates. However the writer chose an easy route for DS by cutting JP time with DM. That backfired and people are not convinced.
Just as JP said: I’ll do my best and concede if I lose. I would not upset if the writer made me convinced that DS is good for DM. Look at him at the church while DM was praying and he’s interrupting her. There were other prayers, I found that is not respectful. And DM couldn’t say why she liked him and he never said directly to her: I love you. Instead he asked: what do you like a bout me? As a woman, I find that annoying. He assumed she likes him, yes because of the letters. She loved the DS of the letters. The letters connect two souls...

Wow, that is actually quite sweet in this day and age, your husband is a true gentleman.
Indeed, I have never had an account just to give my comments and review on a drama before. I have watched Kdramas for 20 years :))

True enough. Just like DS. The writer didn’t treat his imposter symdrome before his getting married.

Thank you. I learnt a lot through our discussions about this drama. Our story had some spirit of startup, but we first knew each other via Forum messages :)))). I think a lot about DS and Dodal because of What DM said. Maybe I will write about that later should we aim for 30K comments :)

A real story: our family went out to eat and my husband set the table for me. He always does, so many times I seem to take it for granted. This reminded me how HJP took care of DM at the noodle restaurant. I think JP was created with husband materials. That is why most people want him for DM.

Still cannot get over the fact that they forced us Dodal wedding at the end. I hope young women will take notice how they might miss good men in their lives and go for physical attractions and grand rather than deep and caring gestures.

The divorce rates are high everywhere these days and we have startup to boost them further.

Is this drama overrated? Should I watch it or not? Thanks in advance!
I think you should definitely watch it. At least 6 eps were really good for me. But later, I had to skip lots of scenes of the main couple and sst guys. I hoped for bromance, business stuff and family healing, not the messy love triangle.
