So my guess, it's LWY's POV, when she remembers JL, maybe missing him or in the desperate minute to remind herself what she fights for. So maybe this scene on a pier when JL calls for her and runs to give her flowers, became the most precious heartwarming memory for her, maybe at that moment she felt a deep feeling inside for the first time.

Yeah, that was in that day when we got a sweet flowers+strawberries scene, we were so hyped, that this one later in the evening was ignored )))
