I think that in cases like this, the flight attendant should have reported this to her boss Ai. Instead, she just walked away and stayed silent. I believe that she bears some responsibility for the idol being hurt because she didn't follow procedure to alert the boss about an unruly passenger who refuses to wear a seat belt. no matter how rich and popular.

It seems to me that in this drama the airline execs are constantly demeaning their own staff each time there's an incident with passengers. The passengers were at fault but an employee is reprimanded. How ridiculous! They don't even investigate properly but fault the employee immediately. Even when proven that the passenger was wrong, they want to somehow make the employee responsible.
However, it's well known that the Chinese population is very obedient to government and authority figures. There is no way that real passengers would verbally or physically attack flight attendants and pilots like this when they're upset and get away with it. That would be the exception in thousands. The trouble makers are arrested right away. And the official story would always be that the passenger was at fault.
So this drama is depicting situations over an over that most likely would never happen in China.

I don't like to say this about females but some deserve it. No matter how and why her father remarried, someone should double beat the hell out of the FL and turn her black and blue to teach her a lesson. She is an absolutely spoiled and uncontrollable bitch, mean, bratty and crazy. For her to treat and bully a pregnant woman like this is disgusting. The woman could easily miscarry. Her father is responsible for not putting limits on his daughter when she was younger, but she's now a grown up and her actions cannot be blamed on her father.

Yes, the BF didn't really meet the requirements. She decided all of a sudden to become a flight attendant but, instead of waiting a little to fix her hair first, she hid her short , curly and colored hair (a bid no no) under a wig! It seems to me that the airline required black long straight hair in a bun.
But then again, how come Li Yu Heng got accepted? She showed up at the interview with long hair no bun (made up an excuse for that) and couldn't swim at the test , got scared and had to be saved. In addition, she is scared of flying and a little turbulence affected her. I also believe that she got way too emotional for a flight attendant and didn't handle it well when that passenger touched her inappropriately. How about informing her boss instead of hiding in the back, all shaky and unstable?

I think that during that flight the FL, who at that time was simple an observer and not even a pilot, was out of line by calling the police without informing the captain of the situation first. He had no idea what was happening on the plane and was getting ready to take off.
Also, after learning about the passenger harassing another flight attendant, Xia Zhi was out of line too when she started yelling at the passenger and calling him names in front of everyone. It's her first flight and she had the nerve to act like this? She should have reported to their boss first who has the authority to make a decision. I'm surprised that she wasn't punished for that.
The FL and her best friend were both very wrong for acting like they can do whatever they want without permission and following the chain of command. I'm glad that the FL was punished and I'm upset that her flight attendant friend wasn't.

The story is very interesting and I can't wait for the mystery to unveil! However, I don't understand the ML and I feel uneasy with him. He's supposed to be Pinny's boyfriend, but calls her like a sister, then he's admitting to being her boyfriend... and back, and back. He's very indecisive . Yet, he flirts with the FL all the time and continuously finds excuses to approach her. The FL, being an employee and knowing that that the ML and Pinny are supposed to be boyfriend/girlfriend could make a much bigger effort to keep away from him but she's not. When they're talking, there's barely any distance between them and they're touching a lot. In the hospital room, they're always right next to each other, even walking in together. They should be more respectful of their status and also of Pinny and her parents.

One of the best dramas ever for 15 episodes. The ending in the last episode was beyond disappointing. It was so bad I can't even find the words. They turned a masterpiece into a cheap piece no one wants.

If you like dramas no matter how illogical and dumb they get and how many times it happens, you may enjoy this lakorn. The countryside is very pretty. But I couldn't go past ep 1.

I will be brave and proceed past the first 30 seconds of ep 1 to see if there's improvement: Pretty girl is safely in the house, she hears a dangerous fight outside and instead of hiding to stay safe, she runs outside, and just stands, watching the fight a few feet away. Of course, the girl gets killed.

I agree with you that Toom was stupid. But I don't feel bad for her at all at the end. I'm glad that she punished herself to death. When one is stupid and selfish enough to have an affair with a known married man and go against her family, she deserves no better.

To me, Jang Uk's grieving for Mudeok/Naksu has been going on for ridiculously way too long . End of ep 4 (out of 10) and he's still into Naksu. And he abandoned his new 'bride' who's being laughed at because he thinks that she's no use to him anymore. He even used her during the queen's party. I am starting to dislike Jank Uk because he's too selfish with his own feelings.

I've never seen a young man date a POOR women old enough to be his mother. I've seen lots of young men with RICH old women. Money makes the difference. For older men, it's different. There are couples with an older man/younger woman, but the man is really good looking. Younger women with ugly RICH older men are the most prevalent.

The FL looked much, much too old for the ML. I remember her dramas from years ago. She had a lot of plastic surgery done and her face is slightly different. Then I checked their age. She's 41 and he's 24. He could be her child. What kind of romance is that? Yucks.

I agree with you. Prasert would have just continued the bad old family tradition if he had stayed alive. He was already acting so.

20 mn into ep 1 and I don't know if I'll be able to handle the FL's stupidity. She gets scammed by an old lady and after only a little protesting she ends up paying the old lady's bill. What about calling the police to investigate ? The doctor tells the ML that the old lady scams people over and over but not the FL ? Why wouldn't she tell the FL instead, after all the FL is the victim here. Then the FL makes stupid noises and walks out gesturing like an idiot ! What kind of drama is this?

It's not a sequel. It's a different time line from the 1800s with references to the past and future, not put in a logical way to follow the original story.

I loved the original drama, but I was VERY disappointed in this movie. It doesn't have the feel of the drama and it's a complete failure. I re-watched the drama several times. The movie... never again.
