Hello, im confused right now. Are you guys watching ep 16? Cuz, WHO WEAR A MASK, MEANWHILE KOONG AND KHUN PRAPIMPAM…
Throughout the drama, Koong''s real mother and her twin are each wearing a jeweled mask for the last 20 years. Some characters wear a mask here and there throughout the drama so they won't be recognized but we can recognize them anyway.
There are two masked balls where everyone is wearing a mask and can easily be recognized too.
In ep 16, Koong and her real mother are stuck in cave . Koong could have walked out alive with her boyfriend and adoptive mother but she decided to stay with her real mother (that she just met!) and possibly die. A decision that makes no sense.

This drama's story is very intriguing and makes you want to watch until the end. to find the mystery.
But it's just dragging and dragging.
They have added way too many elements that make the drama ridiculous: ghosts, poison, torture, dungeons, secret passageways, secret daughter, secret twins, branding a child, several kidnappings, keeping a person in a dungeon for years, keeping another person hidden in the forest, not one but two gangs of bandits, diamonds, shootings again and again, mines, princes and nobles, human trafficking, people wearing stupid mask and can easily be recognized, two masquerade balls, more than one group of bad guys (in fact almost everyone in that mansion is a villain!).... I could go on and on. The worse is that we're supposed to believe that a woman put on a jeweled mask 20 years ago on her head and no one was able to remove it because it's locked!
The mix of this elements is bizarre and just too much.

For money, the Koreans are now catering to the US market, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc. Americans were getting tired…
1-When Netflix cuts the drama in two seasons instead of finishing the it in one season it has the following effects:
-viewers must continue their Netflix subscription for a few more months to see the end of the show, so Netflix makes more money from them
-viewers are more likely to check Netflix over and over during the waiting time to see when the second season comes back, so that increases the overall viewership and Netflix can advertise it as such and look more valuable
2- It's true that some family K-dramas were very long with many short episodes and that has not changed; but they all have an ending
There were also some K-series with 2 or 3 seasons before but these days, that amount has increased by a lot to keep viewers watching
3-What changed with the regular dramas (anything between 12-30 episodes) is that a lot of them now don't have a ending at all. This way the Americans can have their 2nd, 3rd... seasons and make as much money as possible. That's the usual US format but not so much the Korean format.; and that's what's changing.
Also many more K-dramas don't have a clear ending lately. This was sometimes the case before but now it's frequent.T his is done on purpose so that Netflix can ask for more seasons if they notice that viewers liked it

What's with new kdramas being less than 16 EPs and consists of 2 seasons!?Not that I'm against having more than…
For money, the Koreans are now catering to the US market, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc. Americans were getting tired of their usual US shows and wanted change. So they started watching dramas.
Unfortunately, everything that we loved about Kdramas before, and the reason we switched to them, is fast changing. The US companies want Koreans to adapt dramas to their US requirements. So more seasons, to maximize profits.
Too sad.

Title Plerng Boon
Right after the very end of the lakorn following the beach scene, they show the photograph of a pretty young woman with short hair; three's something written in Thai next to the picture.
The woman was not an actress, nor part of the crew, cast, directors... or the drama.
Does anyone know who it is and what is the handwritten message next to her picture?

I'm on ep 8 and I think that the drama is way too slow. There are so many wasted minutes in each episode where the actors are looking at each other forever for the simplest thing, so many minutes simply contemplating the red cover of a book, and mostly the flashbacks which go on an on. I think that about a third of each episode could easily have been eliminated and we wouldn't miss a thing to the story. I mean, who would keep holding a handkerchief, looking at it again and again, rubbing it over and over, and remembering over and over?

Jiang’s choices as captain would not have implicated him or the airline. The other airline captains knew this.…
Jiang should be fired for falsifying evidence. But, given that he was a very good pilot and worked for over 30 years for the airline, I don't think that one mistake should take away his pension benefits. They should give him the opportunity to resign instead.

I think they should do domestic inquiry within the company for Jiang's fabrication case before it goes court.??…
Jiang blocked all inquiries using his position.

CX's mother is a controlling b...tch! I hate her even more than Jiang. She's constantly trying to ruin her daughter's life. She is the true vilain in CX's life.
On Flight to You Jan 9, 2023
I feel almost bad for Jiang's brother in law. He 's a good father and wants privileges at work to spend more time with his daughter. Jiang helps him. Meanwhile he doesn't support female pilots because they want those same work conditions so they can spend time with their children. What a hypocrite. Yes for me but no for you.
He helped Jiang and gave false statements. I hope that he doesn't get fired because he must support his daughter, but demoted to ground forever!

I find it very bizarre that the flight attendants and crew was not informed about some important medical emergencies that could happen on a plane. I have no medical knowledge, but I know that fatigue, chest pain, nausea and vomiting , fainting, could be symptoms of a heart attack. They should have trained them that, if in doubt, think the worse and take the patient to the hospital asap as minutes count. Not to continue flying if the patient appears to be resting a few minutes later.
I know flight attendants are not doctors, but that death could have been totally prevented if someone had said "it could be a heart attack!"
Besides, I thought that plane crew could call on the radio and the nearest control tower will dispatch the phone call to a medical professional to evaluate the patient based on the witness statements and make recommendations. It shouldn't be the captain's only decision, no?

Tomorrow drunk CX is coming 😅😅😊😊CX's mom is really something which I hope nobody else have to go through🥲🥲…
I agree with you. Just imagine how CX's life would have been easier if she had her mother's support, especially since the mother's a lawyer!

I feel sorry for CX's dad. I think he should divorce her mom. I can't believe he would even listen to the mom…
I feel even worse for CX. Just because her mom had an airline accident before, she won't let her daughter be a pilot? The nerve she has thinking she can dictate her daughter's future just because of what happened to her in the past, a one in a million event! And the father's idea of pretending to obey her mom just so that she can get better in the hospital is ridiculous. Using your health as a pretext to order someone else around. If the mother is so neurotic, she should visit a better psychiatrist. If she won't improve and cause trouble for the daughter, then divorce her.
I think that it's very wrong from parents to take away their children's happiness by forcing them to obey. Oh.. we know what' best for you... The children being sad will really cause the parent's happiness? I think NOT. And if that' s the case , then the parents are lame.

I don't think Jiang knows who he is messing with. He just bought himself a whole crap ton of enemies. I don't…
I'm sure he'll try to get things to turn his way until he's cornered and no longer can.

Up until epi 30, Mr. Jiang Tao was a pretty reasonable team leader. He is a great pilot. He has a great career…
Jiang is such a bad guy! Totally against female pilots. He knows management wants to see more females but he's done a bunch of things to prevent this, slyly, not openly. Went against CX many time, went against GNT, lied, tried to get CX in trouble by inviting her to dinner/drinks but making it look like it's the other guy's idea. In addition he slandered CX online for being in a relationship with the two guys who just happen to be his competitors and got bad publicity too.
He lied about her disobeying his orders on their first flight together. And now he wants her to "omit' to tell important parts of the truth during the Singapore flight, basically to lie for him so his candidacy doesn't get affected. He also lied to the Singapore airline guy that all went well during the flight so he could sign the contract and get the glory.
Not only is he not fit to be vice-president, but even fit the position he's in now. I hope that they either fire him or demote him.

Sounds about right. Did you already watch Episode 10?
Yuk that Harry Potter movie! The actor was very cute as a young kid in movie 1. But unfortunately, he grew up as an ugly adult and turned me completely off at the end. He wasn't such a good actor either. Even now, years later, he does not look good at all. It's good that the books don't show him in images and made the ending pefect.

Oh no! I don't want to wait for season 3 to see them again because something was unresolved in season 2. Too long.

The ML is a very good actor portraying well the characte and looking ok. But I would never want a boyfriend/husband like that. Such a BORING man; face looking almost the same in every situation, no outburst of feelings, boring tone of voice, very predictable and, without his uniform would barely be noticed in a crowd. I guess that there are girls who like that sort of man. But to me, has no spiciness in life, just same old same old. Very monotonous guy. I can't imagine being married to him.

After finally seeing today's episodes, captain asswipe is not just a Neanderthal and coward but CX literally saved…
The flight attendant should have followed procedure and reported that the idol refused to wear the seat belt to her boss Ai. Instead, she just walked away. There must be some guidelines for them on what to do when the passengers don't want seat belts, no matter how popular or rich.
