As usual in Thai dramas, it's all the parent's fault that all this bad stuff happened to their child. The parents want to control their child and think that they always know what's best for them. So the parents cause misery and heartache for their children by manipulating them and lying to them to get them to do what the parent wants.
We can blame the villains all we want, but the person most responsible is the bad controlling parent who allowed all this to happen.
Filial piety is (NOT) good at all. Patriarchy is (NOT) good at all.

In lakorns a newborn can turn into a 4/5 years old kid in only one year!
Someone in the production crew must have had trouble finding a one year old baby and just casted the next available kid but much older that barely fits in the stroller.

An entertaining drama due to an unusual but good story, but no more. 5 out of 10 stars. I fast forwarded a lot. Too many episodes with too many fillers. Too much screen time wasted on the non-essential 3 other Cupids, especially Park Myung Hoon and the FL's friend, and their story was dragging and boring.
The ML was too young for this role and could not be taken seriously. He was too baby faced next to the more mature and professional veterinarian FL and they didn't look right together. A supernatural being but too weak, too skinny, no muscles, with no special strength or power to protect the FL.
I thought that in the climax of the last episode the ML would change into an all powerful and extraordinary guy but no, he was so disappointing. The 20 something hero is battling a short villain close to his 60s but it was a major struggle. He finally won, but was stabbed, hurt, bleeding and unconscious.

The FL was beautiful. But her posture, demeanor, head constantly raised, looking pitiful. and the way she talked made her look like a stiff board. Like she needed to go to the bathroom and was holding it, her body all tense. It was very unnatural. Similar to a queen standing straight, dignified and emotionless during a ceremony. She was following the drama director's instructions for this role, but I didn't like her acting. They could have made her more fun and energetic.
However,I found the acting of the ML very good; he nailed his role and looked at ease.
The 2ML was too annoying after a while, with his constant interventions in the FL's life, no matter how nice her wanted to be. Heck, it took him to the end of the drama to finally back off.

I was annoyed too at that 1st meeting with the ex.
The ML could have rejected and shut down the ex using a much stronger and direct method. And the FL, without even hearing the ML's side of the story, got mad, criticized the ML in front of the ex and left. The angryFL created a rift between them, which is exactly what the ex wanted to see.

We're at ep 12 now, and I still find the ML super boring. He's slow and too passive. Except for a few small decisions he makes here and there, his life is controlled by others. He has money, but no energy, no charisma, no leadership aura, no passion. His life seems to be in slow motion.

It would have been so much better if the writers had stopped at ep 12. Soo Min's life would be miserable. The FL and ML finally found happiness and had a few babies. The other good guys have a happy life. But, just to add episodes, they continued to spoil FL's happiness. How sad.

When the FL says "Thanks for picking up my trash" to Soo Min, I loved it! I wished that the real mother had also shown up at the wedding, along with the best friends. To show everyone how Soo Min lied.

I agree with you. When they like the MLs, those evil arranged ex "fiancees" are awful. In this century, who cares about the promises mommies and daddies made for THEM when they were children; they are completely stupid! Parents don't get to decide who the children should marry. And the ML should have said to her, the moment he saw her "F..k you!" Before she even begins to cause trouble.

I think that the best actors can play both good and bad guys. There are a few actors who always played either a good guy or a bad guy and all of a sudden, in a new drama, it's the reverse. After a few scenes in ep 1, we get used to it. With their superb acting skills, they perfectly perform their new character and we completely forget that they could be anything else.

I agree with you. Lots of scenes with JYH just drag and drag and there's almost no new element added to the drama.

I wish that the 2ML would change for the better, truly love her, and she ends up with him. I kind of like the 2ML without his bad side. He's cute, outgoing, friendly and funny and if he were to turn into a good guy, and have a better family, they are a perfect couple. His life has intensity and he's capable of passion, just like the FL. I find the ML boring with a boring family, a boring life and he's less handsome than the 2ML. Plus, I don't see a strong love between the FL and the ML, almost no chemistry.

Around episode 8, I find the ML too boring. I hope that his energy and involvement levels with the FL ups soon. Right now, he seems to be a side character.

The FL is not the smartest. Why is she using her work computer to check on her personal shares in the stock market? Work computers are not for personal matters. Plus, the evil friend noticed it and used the computer to secretly do a transaction.

Last episode: It's normal for two friends to meet in an abandoned warehouse or construction site just to talk. No questions asked, no problem. And then... poof, one wants to kill the other !
How many of you meet friends in those abandoned places?
This scene is used in larkorns too many times. We like to watch pretend but the writers of these scenes take us for fools. People can only agree to a certain level of made up stuff and this is too much.

It's hard to take the ML as a serious and professional director. He looks just past his teenage years!

I must say that the scenes with the FL having lengthy conversations with her dead mother were annoying . Way too many of them each time she was conflicted. Those scenes didn't add anything to the story and were completely useless filler.

Very amusing drama. Veronica Park's actress was great and added just the right dose of fun to the series. That character was so entertaining and likable.

The actress playing Chanon's mother is beautiful. I read that she's 44 years old. She looks absolutly stunning for her age. She has not only good genes but must have a great diet/exercise regimen.
