I agree, but he wasn't just a highschooler, he is older than a highschool student, and they also mentioned that…
Agree, he was 2 years older than other students. And he took boxing lessons. Nevertheless, he was still an amateur compared to her. But she was much older than him. She took a lot more boxing lessons than him since childhood, with the best instructor, her father. She was so good that she was in the championships. There's no way that an amateur could have beaten her like this. It's because she was too weak.
The FL was pathetically weak the entire movie. If she wants to do justice, she has to be a lot stronger. She's supposed to be this great boxing champion but had a hard time with a high school-er. Up to their last fight, she's too weak and gets beaten up. She won, but got very hutt She has no plan to beat the bad guy and way too many people know her secret. She's unable to hide her hair and face properly behind that small mask.
In the poster, the ML looks like a short haired teenage girl. His make-up and lipstick look ridiculous! And we're supposed to believe that he's a serious company rich president !
oh, I am now on episode 12 and I hate Soo Ah even more. He must be a masochist to continue loving here. He even…
I hated her character too. I can't believe that the ML kept being with her knowing she preferred to work for his enemy and betrayed him. And for years the ML was ignoring the Yi Seo who was right beside him, constantly supporting and helping him at great costs. And she loved him too!
Pang wasn't a best friend to Kanta. Before the accident, Pang was probably very jealous of Kanta and secretly coveted her husband Benz. She took advantage of Kanta's death to approach Benz to "comfort" him but it was her method of seducing him. There's no way that it just happened; it was all planned. All this nonsense of supporting/helping Benz was so fake. It's the most normal thing for a newly wed husband to grieve for his wife, at least a few months, some for years; he didn't need physical comforting days after his wife's death. Benz loved Kanta but I believe that his love wasn't strong at all. Heck.. days after his wife death he was already in the arms of another woman who made him feel better. True, he was kind and visited hi wife's mother, but her was mostly selfish and wanted another woman to take care of his needs after his wife's death. He only cared about Pang because she made him feel good. Grieving for his wife was too difficult for him and he preferred to cut if short for his own pleasure. Kanta returning to him was so wrong. He exposed how weak and fragile his love for her was; in the future, he could have a mistress anytime there's a problem in the marriage, and she can't count on him to be faithful. No trust there.
I am happy for Non. The irresponsible playboy that didn't care about women and seemed like a lost cause actually turned into a good man who found love. It took a while but I think that he learned a life lesson and him and Ket will be a great couple.
Once you start watching, you want to continue only to find how it all started and see how things are solved. So you have to watch but that's all. Nothing extraordinary or memorable in this lakorn. But... ML is too weak. FL's story just drags. Two examples of how stupid and illogical the plot is: the FL lost her memory in an accident and just knows her name is Tip. How about going to the police to submit her fingerprints ? They can find her identity right away. And then she learns that she was a police officer. She asks the two scammers to find where she worked ! How about going to any police station herself and telling them her story? With her fingerprints and picture, they'll identify her for sure. Their helpers are lazy and dishonest. And why would the ML hire two dishonest scammers as employees of his new real estate agency, one of them being repulsive, dumb and sleazy looking? A complete turn-off for clients. They are into the ghost business but seeing them constantly scared, jumping and trying to run away or hide at the smallest noise or movement becomes ridiculous because it's repeated too many times. Too many, too long identical flashbacks that are dragging and wasting screen time. I'm on episode 9 and keep watching because I want to see the end. I rate this drama no more than a 5 star.
There’s something about the actor playing Song that makes him scary to me: his eyes. They are not friendly, they project evil. To me, he’s more suited to play the villain that the good guy.
What I don't understand in lakorns is why all these rich people, who already have many family members in conflict, would call their lawyer to their home to change the will and everyone knows it. It could lead to someone attempting murder to stop the will. And the lawyers just talk about the will without making sure their conversations are strictly private. Can't they just secretly go to the lawyer's office or meet somewhere secret?
i can't find english subtitles anywhere i am too poor for netflix
You can find it here. But be careful, there are occasional pop-ups and if you don't have good software to protect your computer, I'm not sure it's safe: https://myasiantv.ac/show/master-of-the-house-2024
Anyone notice when Kaew showed her two of her testpacks in ep 2, one of them showed the NEGATIVE result (one line…
I noticed it too. I thought that it was some kind of change in the plot but realized that it wasn't after all. The guys in charge of the drama must have been all male and had no clue pregnant is two lines!
Joe Chen's character is too reckless. She's constantly in over her head. Plus she really has no clue about anything.…
You should try the 40 ep drama. It's long but you can feel the emotions and the built up between the two main leads and see the change in all the characters. The acting from everyone on set was perfect; they were so professional! Some scenes are amazing when you watch them entirely.
If there's one thing I've learned about S Korean dramas is that no country is better than any other country because…
Lucy, I love almost everything about Korean culture. That's why I LOVE to watch Korean dramas! But not the drinking & more drinking part. I cannot condone this type of debauchery, which is much more prevalent in Korea.
and how many bad things happen because of that from sexual harassment and car accident and because of that they…
You are so correct Drama watcher. It's mostly men that get away with those crimes because they are mostly the ones committing the crime under the influence of alcohol. It's mostly men that take advantage of these lax laws to abuse women and people they deem inferior to them. And they get away with crime. Korean society is very patriarchal and that's why they keep pushing people to drink alcohol under the excuse that's it's for socializing and good for business and to know each other.
People who are chased and scared wouldn't go for dark streets. They run to bright and crowded places. How come in dramas, the people killed always go into dark alleys where it's easier to kill them? How unrealistic and illogical !
This drama shows again how wrong and bad Koreans are with drinking. It's depicted in numerous dramas. To me, it's and absolute disgusting part of their culture. If you don't drink enough, you're encouraged to drink more and even pressured. And if you don't drink more, you're told that you're not acting as if you're part of the team and they make you feel guilty and criticize you. Their 4:00 pm dinner is more about drinking than eating. In one scene, one of men (the bad guy) is told to drink. He says he can't because he's driving. But they insist and tell him to drink anyway. He says no a second time and they still ask him to drink just one. The man said no firmly twice but they keep pressuring him. That's so wrong! And finally, the boss asks them to go for a third round for more drinking, after the dinner and karaoke. They call it socializing but it's more like social pressure. What's good about people drinking too much and damaging their bodies and messing up their family time? What's good about getting drunk to the point of throwing up and passing out ? What's good about looking like an out of control idiot? And possibly getting assaulted, raped or killed, unable to resist because you're so drunk ?
One thing I don't understand, Imsul old colleague remembered her face, The colleague was certain she was the same…
I had the same thought as you. FL's mother knew her sister much better than anyone else but she didn't even recognize her in the slightest when she showed up on their couch. Yet, the bank colleague recognized her instantly. It doesn't make sense and it's completely illogical. But I guess that they need to keep it so to get the drama going.
ML's JACKET in the last scene of last episode: TOO UGLY! Maybe the homeless downtown would wear it if nothing else. There were some weird pieces of clothing in this drams. Is that the best that Korean clothes designers can do?
VERY GOOD drama! It was fun and entertaining. The FL was beautiful, strong and smart. The ML was cute and I could see the progression of his love for her (he was forced to marry her). I laughed so much when the ML kept checking his face in a small mirror that he was always carrying to make sure he's always good looking !

He wore a body suit for some parts and had a double when his butt was supposed to be exposed.
