I enjoyed it as it is like it’s a 7.5 out of me. But as someone who has read the webtoon I know it would have been SO much better if they followed the story more which they couldn’t do of course because they had only 9 45 min episodes??? What was the reason??? We didn’t actually get to see much of their relationship at all which is disappointing to say the least… As for the characters I feel they did a good job for the main cast….except for Ira that was an entirely new character that had nothing to do with the webtoon counterpart at all. They probably just wanted a side couple storyline as all k-dramas have one and created it out of thin air using her character name (as she was the less prominent out of the girls at the start of the sotry) And what was the reason for making her childhood friends with the protagonist?? That was so unnecessary as well.. Some weird decisions overall… It was a light and enjoyable watch but the webtoon story is better, has more depth and develops the story farther

Exactly!!!! And he wouldn’t even admit to the fact for way too long!!! And when he found out about Kim Sabu’s involvement with his dad he had the audacity to get mad at him back as if he didn’t do the same thing and even worse?!?
And they wanna talk about woojin’s character now ?!?! He may be blunt and overconfident, rude at times like with the phone this ep .. BUT he from day one has had the strongest moral compass , even when it came to eunchae (with her brother) or himself (being blacklisted last season) he always fought for what was right …. Not about self serving reasons like the s1 ml…

Yes I’m with you on woojin he does not deserve this!!!
Like if he is annoying then how did they even get past s1 where most of the cast was acting a lot more annoying in my opinion…

As I said I haven’t watched the actual episode yet… but even back in s2 I saw negative comments about her and I liked her then so that makes me inclined to believe you are being extra harsh… call it difference in opinion cause I don’t see what she could possibly do to deserve that much hatred 🤷‍♂️

Haven’t watched the latest episodes yet but I did read a bit of the spoilers ahead … and I’ve just came across quite a few negative comments for eunjae and especially woojin???

Having them learn a lesson is good development and I’m all for that ,, wherever they were wrong they will learn and be better in the future (literally woojin showed us exactly that at the start of the season with the situation with his intern). But the overreaction of them being called annoying and unlikable???

I don’t think some of those avid s1 supporters talking now remember or realise how annoying the s1 characters actually were and acted????? And especially dongjae? It was literally my biggest problem with s1.
So the bad talking now is especially baffling to me?!?

Like woojin literally saved jang’s life one episode ago and then he goes and gives him this attitude the next?
And I just know he’s about to get a lot more crap from eunjae’s dad in the upcoming episodes….
Hasn’t my boy gone through enough in s2??
