Anyone else feels like LMH looks bored? I mean it's like he is not playing his character with the same enthusiasm as WDH and KyungNam who r literally carrying the show for me.. Maybe it's just the way his character is written or whatever but I can't feel anything from his eyes when he is saying his lines. Oppa fans plz don't attack me bcz I m also his fan.. It's just that I hv never been THIS bored of him ever earlier that I wd hv to look forward to other characters' scenes instead of his.
True.. I really liked WDH here.. I think LMH shd play different types of roles.. I am sure he is not a bad actor…
Right.. N I feel like the other two actors are overshadowing him in this. I get bored whenever he is on screen but it's not the case with other two.. Writer did a bad job writing his character
It is exactly how I imagine their inner thought...Like how ? I really hope Shin Jae wasn't really attracted by…
True there are only a few dramas that handled the love triangle thing nicely.. I hope Shin jae finds his own happiness.. I agree I thought I was the only one who hates how Gon treats some people.. Specially Yeong.. Earlier it seemed funny whatever he said to him but after many episodes it surely looks like Gon doesn't treat him as his equal and always try to make him feel inferior to him.. That's sad bcoz I was looking forward to their bromance but their relation looks toxic..I too feel he is kinda immature for a king

These are exactly some issues I always have with the love triangles tropes... I don't usually have 2nd lead syndromes but I always wonder that how come the girl doesn't fall for a guy she has known for years and he obviously likes her and is kind to her.. also gives her space etc etc.. But the moment a richer and hotter guy comes into picture who is kinda rude n also forceful towards her, she falls head over heels for him within few days? Doesn't that make her seem shallow?
Woo Do Hwan and Jung Eun Chae are carrying this drama. I love watching them every week. Looking forward to watching…
Omo this is hilarious..Actually the way how absurdly the romance is progressing I won't be surprised to see their kids within next two episodes.. Lol bring it on!!
Everybody is talking about story and chemistry. But nobody is talking about the acting of LMH. It really sucks.…
Bitter truth- Most people watch him for the looks and mainly bcz of the attachment from his earlier boys over flower days (including me lol) which was his first drama that most of the international fans watched.
Apart from his world-class acting skills , Woo Do Hwan is also extremely attractive in a way that you can't ignore…
True.. I really liked WDH here.. I think LMH shd play different types of roles.. I am sure he is not a bad actor himself but to me it feels like he is playing the same character... Like it's just 'Kim Tan' has become a king now lol.. The writer knew that oppa fans will watch him even if he is just standing there with no expression so she didn't bother to write a character with some nice depth n development. I don't hate him at all, I just keep dozing off during his "supposed to be romantic" lines
The romance feels so fake/ forced, not genuine at all. I can't believe I'm saying this, but even the romance in…
In Goblin at least the romance was not shown instantly from the first episode. Here the ML is already in love bcz of her ID he found in his childhood. They could have shown him emotionally connected to her and started with friendship, teaming up to solve the mystery, slowly getting to know each other etc. Just imagine how satisfying that romance wd have been. But no they were in such a rush lol
At this point, we all know that the writer made a big blunder in the romance aspect of this drama - the lead characters…
Imo I think it's her eyes..That's a small but important factor during acting. There are many actors who actually can act with their eyes even if their is no dialogue that feeling..that emotion. But in her case it's somehow missing. If she doesn't smile or cry or say a line, then it's always difficult for me to tell what the character is feeling. Therefore the romance seems forced on her side. She was nice for her role in Goblin, but here something bothers me.
Watched upto and including Episode 5 so beware of spoilers.I want to get two points off my chest.1 - I feel like…
If u went through the comment section u would already know that it's not just you.. That is the problem a good majority are facing while watching this. But still watching to know where it takes us lol
People here seem to have no life... there are a lot of good dramas to watch. Do yourselves a favor and don’t…
The ones who have no life are actually those who can't tolerate an opinion different from theirs. And yeah also those who try to tell others what they shd watch or not bcz people can still continue a show for some minor factors they like in it.. And still criticize too abt whatever pissed them off in the episode.
Those who wants to police the thoughts of people and being LOUD in telling people to leave are the ones posting…
True! People are free to express their praise or criticism abt the drama but don't know why some of the show fans here are getting angry abt the criticism. Labelling them as 'stupid' or 'haters' for not liking the show lol.
True.. U described all the points I noticed which were the reasons I couldn't continue the show further. I can't…
Really.. When I see people going gaga over his cheesy scenes I kept thinking, oh maybe I m too old for this lol.. True even the child actor looked more determined as a king. I wish we had a twist where the bodyguard is the real king bcz he looks more like it haha. It seems for a King, the makers told Lee minho just one thing "Man just stand there and keep looking handsome.. That's the only thing people care about" Lolz
Even if the plot moves from now , still the writer have wasted a great opportunity to get the viewer attracted…
True.. U described all the points I noticed which were the reasons I couldn't continue the show further. I can't believe this is the same writer as Goblin.. Goblin atleast made me care for the characters and it didn't have such cheesy lines. N specially the 2nd couple was interesting and bromance was so cute.. But Here I find no such reason to look forward to next eps. The King acts more like teenage boy with love at first sight. Well It maybe bcz I m in my late 20s but I really don't find his immature acts and cheesy cringe lines, swoon-worthy lol
This is LMH first drama in 4 years, he seems out of practice. Don't get me wrong I really like him but to place…
True.. I haven't watched the 5th ep but saw the kiss scene somewhere and it seems too early for that.. The romance development really sucks in this show. The chemistry doesn't seem natural at all. Like the show is trying too hard to be romantic but feels awkward.. Too sad I thought the story had potential
Imo the story has so much potential but somehow things were not that well executed in the first 4 episodes to keep me hooked enough.. I will obviously be continuing the watch as I like the cast but I don't feel motivated enough for the next episodes as the other people are excited.. I don't even know if I m bored or not.. If I m enjoying the show or not.. It's just like "I hv to watch this to see how things turn out".. This is a weird feeling only those who hv experienced this will get it lol
I agree I thought I was the only one who hates how Gon treats some people.. Specially Yeong.. Earlier it seemed funny whatever he said to him but after many episodes it surely looks like Gon doesn't treat him as his equal and always try to make him feel inferior to him..
