Reminded me of The Greatest Love featuring Cha Seung Won because the actors gruff nature and voice seemed pretty similar to me. I loved the pairing and enjoyed watching their romance no matter how illogical things were when it came to the story. Honestly, this is the first medical drama where more patients have died than being saved. The story was far too confusing and not at all interesting.

For some reason, the female characters were not very well thought out. The female lead character in particular wasn't fully fleshed out, even the male's lead's ex fiancé was properly written. The shift in characters were quite abrupt as if we were doing hyde and jekyl instead of character growth.

Regardless, I enjoyed at least the romance part of the drama, for me these two were cute together and I wanted to see more.
