I think in terms of how Jangmi perceived the cheating father, it was an interesting, and a much more elaborate angle than I've seen other Kdramas portray in this sort of genre. The characters were indeed for the most part one dimensional, but I think I enjoyed the flow of the story nonetheless.
Going to have to disagree with Marriage Not Dating. I think it's much more profound compared to other Kdramas out on the rom-com market, especially with how it portrayed the relationship between a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. A rarity and something that had depth and wasn't put out there just to seem "edgy".
Personally I don't like her acting either, but her robotic acting kind of works in this drama. It's definitely not centered around her, so I definitely recommend watching it!
