Am I in the minority when I say I just don't really like Young Do? I love Kim Woo Bin and think he's doing a stellar…
I find Kim Tan almost as tiring as I do Young Do. Both their antics have gotten old and every confrontation now plays out the same way. The whole thing is turning into a snooze fest. I'm mildly entertained and cannot deny the eye candy so I'm still coming back each week.
I liked Choi Young Do but I was a bit scared to watch him. He was abusing everyone around him. And It was annoying…
I felt so uncomfortable watching that scene with him being so aggressive with Eun Sang in the broadcasting room. I was worried the whole time he was going to force a kiss on her. Thank god he didn't.
Am I in the minority when I say I just don't really like Young Do? I love Kim Woo Bin and think he's doing a stellar job but the character is just so abusive and terrorizing I can't stand it. I love a bad boy but he is just too much. The show should have made him more sympathetic earlier on. I get that he's supposed to be "complicated" but I just feel like he should have shown a lot more growth by this point in the game. But I guess that could be said about a lot of these characters.
Plot and character growth are moving along ever so slooooowly. 6 episodes left we need to pick up the pace!
I really loved this drama and the characters at first but lately it feels like we're going in circles. I was really anticipating the revelation of who dies in the future but when it was finally out in episode 11 the whole thing fell flat. Going back in time to prevent the marriage so that her son essentially poofs out of existence? So far Mirae's motivations for changing the past seem really irrational and unbelievable. Since we still don't know 100% what she's up to I'm hoping that once everything is revealed it will be more satisfying than where things currently stand.
Thank god for episode 12. I felt we were going in circles FOREVER these last few eps but finally some forward movement. I loved how Tan stood up for his mom. I find her story and situation compelling and I'm rooting for her. The last scene where Tan and Eun Sang just end up crying without saying anything was the first time I actually felt touched by this relationship. He can sometimes be so immature and domineering it was hard for me to cheer for the romance. I was so happy when he finally held out his hand to Eun Sang and waited for her response at the beginning of this ep. Enough with all the wrist grabbing please!
I think one thing 1994 does really well is keep me guessing who the husband is! With 1997 while I loved the main couple to bits it was pretty obvious what the OTP was. Here though I keep second guessing myself!
Is every episode now going to end with Young Do and Tan staring each other down over Eun Sang? By now it's lost all of the intended intensity and just makes me roll my eyes. Both guys are being immature and pushy and the supposed romantic moments just make me annoyed. The number of times Eun Sang gets physically jerked around by these two guys is too much. I don't mind characters like these at the beginning of a show but this many episodes in I would have expected to see some improvement in their character and behaviour.
The paintball scenes did make me LOL though :P Bo Na and Chan Young are cute and hilarious together.
Lately I'm not liking how Eun Sang is being treating by either of the boys frankly. I love Kim Tan with her when it's just the two of them but when Young Do comes into the picture and starts pushing Tan's buttons even Tan becomes an immature man-child yelling at and bossing around Eun Sang.
On a different note, man the boys at this high school are fiiine *__* I'd watch this show for the eye-candy alone.
I'm going to go in with an open mind with this one! I remember when I first saw the cast for Reply 1997 I was like meh.....but they totally surprised me! I just hope our leading lady isn't just Shi Won version 2. I'd like to see a different type of heroine :)
Nothing too unique or extraordinary but a nice love story.
Touching (I shed tears!) and funny at parts. The main couple is so cute :) Han Hyo Joo's character isn't very likeable at the beginning but she'll grow on you. Go Soo is HOT like usual ;)
UGHH I let out a huge groan when the amnesia thing came up. Made me lose a little bit of love for this drama, but we'll see how it plays out.
I find the twin mystery more intriguing now though. Did the wrong twin die??? :S
Loving the two leads in this!!!
While Seo In Guk is great eye candy, his character is dull for me. I do find it funny when he interacts with Tae Yi Ryeong though.
As others have said...the first few episodes the ghosts are a bit scary looking but you really get used to them.
I liked the ending as this wasn't one where I was expecting a happily ever after scenario. I was hoping for Shi Hyun to survive but I can accept that he didn't.
Excellent cast of characters! Jin Sook ended up being a surprising favourite of mine by the end.
Side note...everyone looked so slick in this drama. Men always in suits and the women dripping in jewels.
I thought the plot got a bit convoluted with all this undercover business but overall it was very thrilling. Loved it! <3
So heartbreaking this drama. I'm preparing myself for so many tears in the end ;__;
End of episode 13 irked me though. Oh Soo, forcibly hugging and kissing a girl while she is resisting is NOT cool. Don't know why dramas always do that. Have the guy restrain a girl while they try to kiss her and eventually she gives in. It's uncomfortable for me to watch and not romantic at all.
For me this show lost all its steam in the last few episodes. It makes me sad because the first part was seriously amazing stuff. I loved how self-aware Dok Mi was and found her struggles quite refreshing compared to the usual kdrama heroine's problems. Then for some reason it just started to fall into the predictable drama cliches near the end and got really irritating. I still think the drama is worth watching for it's stellar first half but it's a shame the ending fell flat. Big points for the cuteness factor though! ENRIQUE~!

Thanks for the add!
While I knew of A Pink I only really discovered Eunji after watching her drama. Love her now!
I was such a blubbering mess by the end of this movie. Song Joong Ki you've stolen my heart again! The relationship between his and Park Bo Young's character was so lovely. My only complaint about this film was the villain. I just felt he was way too exaggerated and very predictable.

I hope he'll be the leading man in his next role.
