I really love all of Cheng Yi’s historical (Dynasty) dramas like this , with long hair and bangs. Especially genres like wuxia, thriller, mystery, and action, Cheng Yi’s is truly impressive. Even if it has more than 50 episodes, I’m willing to watch it.
I like Li Hong Yi’s look here and the cast in this drama more than in Flying Up Without Disturb. This drama also feels more realistic. Just my opinion. I really like Treasure at Dawn. Can’t wait for the next episode 😍
Unfortunately, this drama isn’t a standard series but a web series, so the episodes are very short, even though the drama is really good. I really like it. Huang Jun Jie looks very handsome and cool here
Actually, I kept watching this drama because of Li Hong Yi. At first, I felt the drama wasn’t very enjoyable, but as the episodes went on, I started to like it. The reason is, of course, Li Hong Yi. As usual in his dramas, he always puts on that stern, arrogant look, and his words are sharp. But behind those sharp words, there’s always comedy. I can’t wait to watch his upcoming dramas.
Does anyone know when Hidden Shadow, Treasure at Dawn, and Blossom in Darkness will be released?
This series was filmed from June 11, 2022 to September 12, 2022. Unfortunately, the rapidly developing Chinese…
That’s the big risk for a drama that has been delayed for too long and still hasn’t aired. If it had been released one or two years ago, viewers might still have considered it good and not outdated. Fortunately, the drama is finally being aired
This really confuses me, why do Cheng Yi’s drama ratings on kisskh always drop so drastically? Hmm. There are other dramas with sad endings or imperfect stories, and they’re not that different from most dramas, yet their ratings stay high, sometimes even higher than expected. Nothing in this world is perfect. It feels like whenever that happens in Cheng Yi’s dramas, people criticize them harshly.
I know that kisskh may not be the real benchmark for a drama’s success since it’s more of a community forum for discussing and reviewing dramas. But still, many international fans seem to rely on its ratings, especially because kisskh mainly focuses on Asian dramas. For example, when we search for a Chinese drama, kisskh usually appears at the top.
This is just my opinion. I still hope Cheng Yi’s upcoming dramas will be among the best. Wishing success to all Chinese actors and actresses, and good health to all of us drama lovers
At Ep33_ 2 gone.. 2 more to go... (╥﹏╥)I really want to know what the writers want to convey…
That’s right. I have no words left. I still can’t get over Quan Ru Mu’s death being killed by his own father. When I listen to the Sword and Beloved OST “Dreamscape” by Xiaoshi Guniang, I feel such deep sorrow for Quan Ru Mu. The look in his eyes after he died carries such overwhelming sadness. I’m even more heartbroken over the deaths of Quan Ru Mu and Qing Tong than those of Long Wei Yun and Wangquan Fugui. Watching that YouTube shorts brings all the sadness back when I remember this drama.
So sad😞. Quan Ru Mu was killed by his father, and Long Wei Yun shattered her demon core to turn herself into the snow that Quan Ru Mu loved. Qing Tong turned back into a spider— it seems that Wangquan Fugui helped her reincarnate, even though she returned as a spider. Wangquan Fugui also died, but I’m not sure if he really died, because at the end he called out Qing Tong’s name, and Qing Tong ran after him. If I didn’t misunderstand, that’s how it seemed
Whose tragic death was the most painful and heartbreaking for you? Watch this, and you’ll really feel it, the soundtrack makes it even more emotional 🥺
And does Cheng Yi use martial arts in this one?
