The female lead could have lived with Li Wu and he could stay friends with Lu zhang while being married ,, he already lived with them when they were pretending to be married so why ship her off at the finale
really that writer is doing shippers favor but destroying the romantic plot line

You won't regret such amazing male friendship

No we are not ,, because brotherhood existed from dawn of time between men without any sexual desires
it's recently the people started to put gay label on every normal human contact between the same gender

MY country korean drama was similar to this one ,, the two male leads got stabbed so many times and they never die LOL but they killed them off in the finale

It's happy ending because the most important characters , the two male leads are alive and friends again what do we want more ,, the romantic plot is dead because it shouldn't be there in the first place LOL

Li Dong Fang Is the evilest character of all,, we all wanted him dead,,you will see why ,, he was killed by Lu Zheng for the third and last time LOL
He won't die no matter how many times he got stabbed LOL

The female lead here is strong character and a weirdo ,, you will have good laughs from her character ,, she actually kisses him the first of time out of no where and it was fake you will see then after that rarely seen ,, she will be absent a lot and will leave him eventually

They didn't point out that he is on the spectrum or some sort of weird term according to this historical time that's why I supposed he was as any one else
he makes ramyon and sells them and he has a sad past being an orphan that's it

What I loved most about this drama is the friendship between the three ajussis ,, it was amazing Bromance LOL Forties Brotherhood is really mature

I thought the grand mother can be the most eligible one to take the kid

Or any where else ,, in egypt you can't take custody of a child unless you are a parent or a grand parent and if all of those people are dead then he goes to the uncles and aunts not before
