As a person who lived with depression through many stages of life without any medical help, I know from experience How it can lead to a dangerous road Thankfully I'm old enough now to handle it properly but for a teenager with raging hormones and a constant state of negligence feeling his self-harm can lead to suicide at any time if he faced a tough situation and if you remember the first episode he was already standing on the roof of the building until the female lead got to him and grabbed him How that person doesn't need therapy and you think he's ok I have no clue
