Currently watching secrets of the three kingdoms and I've noticed the male lead
Tan Jian Ci has big role there too ... he's very talented actor

I'm an addict for good Bromance not Bl dramas ,, I don't like romantic story ,, I find them boring but not brotherhood or friendship they are totally different and interesting when done right

I'm subbing it to Arabic in the most coherent way ,, I don't know if you used google to translate my arabic subs to english would be better english subs or not

Watch it ,, may be you will like it but when you get bored may be skip the draggy boring scenes because there are a lot of them ,, this drama should have been twenty episodes ,, it would have been great

Thank you so much for your explanation of the plot ,, I'm interested in the Friendship more than the actual history to be honest and I think in real history there was no twin king replaced him either so it's really brilliant how they made an entire fictional story on top of an actual historical era

The first half of the drama wasn't fiction ,, it was in 70 year old Alzhaimer female lead's head

And how after 40 episodes ,, the Main female lead's own problems weren't solved or on it's way for treatment ,,, I'm not regretting watching this drama but to be honest ,, they dragged it out to death from boredom

I love him ,, he will get so much better later on

Draggy as hell but some times good

I've never watched a drama as long and as draggy as this one
took me Two and a half month to finish it
I wanted to drop it few times but what kept me coming back is the story of revenge ,, I wanted closure also some cases were really good but they dragged it out till it became boring

At the end of episode six there was so much potential for good Bromance ,, I felt it was cut I don't know why

yes ,, the criminal cases are interesting ,,,the Bromance isn't there yet

So in real history ,, they weren't friends but the writer of this drama imagined they were or there any fact about being friends in secrecy ?

I agree with you ,, but I'm seeing they focus on the criminal cases but I think there will be their own criminal case that's mentioned in the synopsis they will became partners to solve

This drama is similar to American drama Bones but just from the Constructive art part of it
there will be light friendship I think between the leads but not the focus at all
similar to evil minds detective drama
