I love the message that this drama is trying to say ,,, It's Name is it's message ,, the female lead said we need to protect our happiness in an upside down world
no matter how much this world is messy and going to hell ,, we need to find our happiness and protect it ,, that's what I understood and made me feel really good about this drama
her happiness was having an apartment of her own with the one she loves most
getting her own apartment was more to her than dating and taking it slowly to find love ,, there is no time for that in this messed up world

How was it a happy ending in GYDL ,, they all died at the end but the female lead hahaha

May be it will be a happy ending for the main leads but I doubt it will be happy for the secondary characters even the final credits of every episode said so

I find the military aspect of this drama is more enjoyable than the romantic part LOL

I agree with you with most of them but not all ,, there are really some good dramas there that I keep re watching them often

She loves him and he wouldn't love her at all to the ending of season two he will lose his memories become naïve like a child so he will love her then ,, he loves the first female lead throughout the drama but she will stay with him the whole time also there is a third couple but they don't show up a lot

I love the male lead's acting ,, I've watched Mystic Nine and the age of legends but I didn't watch actual historical drama of his also I'm not that into Romance story to be honest ,, I've watched Novoland eagle flag it wasn't focused on romance

The other Novoland dramas aren't connected to each other in any way other than the name

The character Chi Xiao Tai is the most selfish irritating characters of all of them ,, she's more evil and annoying than the actual villains of this drama ,, I hated her so much throughout the drama especially at the final episodes ,,, she didn't have any self respect at all and is insisting on obsessing over the tower master even if she actually kills him ,, if she can't have him no one should
She's worse than the two villain women of the drama for real ,, How did they let her be and didn't kill her off after all she did with her stupid obsession
