The first half of "Feng Ta" is very similar to "Forever Love", but "Forever Love" commits way more to the role reversal and doesn't do a bait-and-switch, which "Feng Ta" does in the second half.

Main differences lie in the fact that ML and FL in TPD have beef while in ADltTL, SFL is just infatuated with ML. Because of this, ML in TPD is far more submissive than ML in ADltTL. ADltTL's main romance is very healthy.

Plots are very different, with LaL being a workplace romcom and QYBDHYG being a rich people melodrama, but the dynamic between the leads was similar in the role-reversed BDSM aspect. FL is the dominant one while ML is the submissive one, and their BDSM dynamic is explored 'platonically' first and then develops into romance later.

In QYBDHYG the dynamic is more master/pet and naturally more dubious with its consent, which was handled very well in LaL, but since there's so little RR BDSM dynamics, I thought of recommending this one here.

Both stories also featured a lot of role reversal aside of the BDSM aspect.

QYBDHYG did the role reversal a lot better than BbS but in BbS the dynamic is more *intimate* than in QYBDHYG. QYBDHYG has the fantasy element that BbS does not. BbS is more 'realistic' and plot-focused while QYBDHYG is just pure entertainment.

Couldn't help but keep thinking of "Run On" while watching this special. Both deal with a main character who moves on from a previous field (idol in DSS15:FH, pro athlete in RO) onto a new stage in life. Both are mature and heartfelt.
The ML also reminds me a lot of Yim Si Wan which definitely helped.
