I dropped My Girl twice before finally giving up. And honestly, I'm only watching Iris 2 for Lee Joon and Doo Joon. If they weren't part of the cast, I wouldn't even look at the poster. Although the drama itself is not bad. It's LDH, she just can't act. She's horrible, otherwise I think I would be more excited about it since I like the rest of the cast, even the baddies.

I started the second season without watching the first one and they gave a recap of the first season. I was very pleased. So, I'm not watching Season 1 now...lol But I've read you can basically just watch the Iris movie and that also helps you understand the events of the first season and you can skip right ahead to S2. I haven't watched the movie yet.

I was thinking the same thing. Omo! The woman really can't act. I had to skip a lot of ep. 4. She can't even do a proper love gaze. Not even an imitation of one, it just looks like she's constipated...

I wish they would do the smart thing and kill off LDH's character early on... Like in Ep. 7 or 8. She's the blackhole of the drama. -_-

The group that's subbing this only has only released downloadable subs up to Ep. 11. But if you can watch in Viki, they have the episodes subbed up to Ep. 20 and Ep. 21 is almost done.

I don't know who else might be subbing it.

Maybe all you need is a break and then start again. I have taken breaks from dramas before. I don't remember the longest, but it was a few months. And even though my list doesn't show it, I've gotten "pickier" about what I watch. My dropped list has over 60...70... items and I don't want it to get longer than my watched one. =D

Yeah, I will only watch something with them if I LOVE the rest of the cast. Otherwise, I stay away from their dramas. I'm suffering right now with Iris 2. Lee Da Hae really can't act. I might end up dropping it...lol
