FL and ML are not equals. He's a warlord who can kill her at any time without repercussions. It's normal for her to be wary of him. A direct confrontation wouldn't make her win and she knows it. She's taking a gamble giving him the seal first. Also now that she's married off, her family are not there to support her or defend her.

They're kinda cute though. And we probably need a normal couple in this drama who aren't trying to kill each other XD

I'm not sure what your criteria is for her intelligence but she's plenty smart here. She knows how to read a room, knows when to push and when to retreat, and when to press her advantage. Her submissiveness is an act.

This is a different genre so can't really compare the two. But the plot is solid so far.

That part was hilarious. Especially with his subordinate pointing out that she's lying.

I like the tacit understanding between FL and her grandfather. His sons are a disappointment but his granddaughter might end up saving their clan and territory.

I love the panoramic shots and wide lense shots. They add a nice depth to a drama, instead of just filming indoors all the time.
