okay, i'm agreeing that this is definitly a top BL for sure. might have been a bit slow at places but it wasn't bad... i'm a little confused over the ending. Did Yai keep his... spirit at the house? Is he immortal? is it a reincarnation? I'm so confused??? and it just ENDS?! like HUH?!?!?! TT^TT
okay so i watched the special episode, and it seems like more of a spirit. i'm so unbelievably sad... like they had past Yai show so why can't we have a present Yai? TT^TT the two of them are just expected to live out their lives single?? so unfair :(
okay for real talk the nc scenes are actually pretty good... but am I the only one who just feels... uncomfortable with a lot of them? like they don't seem to have a lot of chemistry in some scenes. The scenes with Sasom's parents are so cliché it hurts... I seriously want to try this series, but I feel like I'm watching My Stubborn again TT^TT and the whole ass dialogue in each episode about peaches is so weird. If they'd stop that, maybe they'd have more time in each episode to not rush dialogue or make it so... horribly cliche.

I agree with some of the comments because I'm also confused about the timeline? Weren't some of them like JimmyOhm…
i think some Youtube comments were saying that JimmyOhm and NetJJ were paired but not confirmed/contracted couples. Net and Jimmy both said in their interviews on the show and when they talked to their 'partners' that they worked together so the show was probably made to promote them with new couples in the mix while also making sure JJ and Ohm wanted to further their careers with them.
I had the same question since episode 1 when the actors were talking about working on Your Sky but I think they were talking about working together during the camps and before the show was recorded. (which makes sense on why Teetee was introduced to the show so late and became a side couple for the show). so yeah, I'm guessing that they weren't confirmed couples at the time of shooting DMD. or they were there just to help promote the show because they didn't have a lot of 4th gens? plus they all were there to 'better their skills' as well.

i wanted to read the book while the series was on hiatus but decided against it and wanted to read it when the series was done. honestly with shows that handle ghosts, it can be difficult to convey "feeling of someone there" when the audience sees the ghost. it's not bad, just that one scene where I was confused over. ^_^

probably because all the friends didn't really care for Tar?? The thing is, the Dare letters were given to random people. So why give it to just two? (well maybe three if you count Time). Like maybe they were hoping that the two who were cheating behind Fai's back would turn on each other in the end?
I'm aware Bell threw acid on another person (still very much wrong). But she did the 'least' horrible things to Fai (the whole reason these letters started was that everyone did something wrong to Fai). I saw her more as a person who worried about her friends, and she was worried about Fai. Especially if the baby came from possibly Tar when he r*ped her. Maybe I misunderstood, and Fai took it as Bell forced her. But Cher's testimony made me think Bell was actually somewhat good. :/

okay I'm actually a bit surprised with who it was. My initial guess was wrong. buuut I did suspect the doctor once they asked about receiving Fai's body. The doctor had this look and I thought it seemed off. Glad to see I wasn't wrong!! Huge props to Sing! he did amazing to pull off that slight look and be creepy... god I hope GMMTV casts him more often! very talented
Now, I am a biiit surprised that Jay was also 'guilty'. But I do understand.... in a way. He felt like he couldn't do anything but... has a brother who is a cop?? Like what? Just slip something to your brother about it. But, I guess friendship meant more to him.

I don't know. Honestly, I'm a bit split on this. The detectivework and such was interesting. My only other con is that Dunk still does not know how to act TT^TT Please, I love the man. He's super kind; I have nothing against him... but idk he just seemed so stagenent the whole time. There were maybe two scenes where he changed his expression that I could tell what he felt. Otherwise, his normal 'raising eyebrows' as he acts thing is... just weird? He's been in so many projects already.... this is technically the third lead he's had, and it's not even technically a BL. I feel like his acting has not improved. I hope he can get into some workshops if he wants to continue, because he needs to have more facial expression.
Joong, on the other hand, OMG! Boy was down bad for Kamin, and it SHOWED. Joong never disappoints in his acting, and I just keep getting blown away. It's just unfortunate that he has to carry the JoongDunk ship so much on this show...
So, final verdict. If you want a strong BL story, don't watch this. This show was more for mystery and thriller with a seasoning of BL romance. Mystery and thriller take the cake, so even with the cons, I rate it a 6/10.

my only question is... how do vampires age?? like... aren't they technically immortal? So how does Juwon 'age'? Like we see him as a kid refusing to drink blood. So is it because he's a 'half vampire'?

that's the time line! but then what happens next?? this is so interesting! (still having an idea that Jay is behind it. Cher is getting too much investigation time for me to think that this show is having her be innocent.)
wow I'm on episode 3, and I'm invested!! If I had to guess right now who was the killer, I'm between Cher and Jay. But Tonkla's Truth or Dare letter had Cher's name on it, and I'm going to guess that means she's next. hmmm it's definitely getting my attention.
I'm actually a bit surprised with the ending. Somehow, something so simple felt refreshing. Few things on my take:
- first, love that they communicated after a 'fight'. Love how both of them accepted that there will be arguments, but they need to communicate. I hate when shows just show the 'good' side, even with fighting. Relationships take time and effort, and even though this show had fewer episodes than other bls they still got that point across.
= also building off of this, I do dock points for the quick and immediate 'break up' when they don't understand each other. When they didn't even... talk about the issue to understand it? Like, I understand that Seung Hyun doesn't lie and such, but he just immediately was like "I don't understand how you liking someone I dated is such an issue, let's break up" instead of asking why it seemed like an issue? But Jong Chan kind of explained that he was involved with Hyun's past lover... but like if he heard his side of the story (that watchers know) I feel like he'd understand? So, major points taken off for that.
- second, OMG the kisses were actually good?? For S. Korea standards, the leads' kissing was very believable!
- third, I loved how open everyone was in the school about lgbt+. Honestly, as an international watcher, I don't know everything over in S. Korea... but I know lgbt+ was very hush-hush. To see it portrayed so well in this show was refreshing. No judgements, no homophobia.

my personal rating is 8/10. really well done in pacing and the chemistry seemed believable but minus points for missed plots. bonus points added for the nc scene because omg that got me shook!!
