Doctor Slump is going down even on Netflix. During the first few weeks it was #1, now it's #6. Soon it'll drop even more. Not surprised, it's just not a really interesting to watch. Very hackneyed drama. And I honestly see zero chemistry between the leads, they feel like siblings to me tbh
I won't even try to watch that. Same writer than hospital playlist, one of the worst drama ever, also madly overated.…
... OMG yus??? I also find the HP series soooo overrated. I did not like it at all, I found the characters unlkeable, the storyline boring and it had some of the most forced romance I've ever seen with non-existent chemistry. I did finish the S1 albeit I fast forwarded a lot of it but I didn't bother touching S2. We're in complete minority about this LOL
Romcom with new faces. Now this is what I'm defo gonna enjoy. We need more Kdramas and romcoms with newer faces. So tiring to watch the same group of actors.
I'm being a contrarian here but I found this franchise mediocre at best lol I tried watching all of them (and even finished Reply 1997) ad didn't like any of them much. I ended up dropping them all midway through (sans 1997).
Finally finished. Really well made drama with superb performance by the cast esp Son Seok Ku... and that's it. The story isn't that good. Despite the good direction, editing and performances I found myself bored throughout it.
Song Hayoon and Park Minyoung needs to win some award for this tbh esp Song Hayoon. She made Sumin SO SO SO unlikeable, whenever she came on screen I wanted to scratch her face off.
they hate when bl actually has plot and the plot isn't just two boys kissing😱
I was very very reluctant to start this due to the low ratings. Thank lawd that I ignored it and watched it because the rating is so wildly inaccurate, it's giving me headache.
I wish they didn't do that plot twist ending so it could at least end with a neat bow if it doesn't get S2 (+the plot twist was so unfair to the main characters, left a bad taste in my mouth honestly). But alas... sigh. I need a S2 just to wrap up its storyline properly.
The leads have incredible chemistry and their progression is so good. But the show drags for way too long tbh
It's sad atp so many of these modern Chinese romances would be top tier show if not for their length. They run for far too long so the writers and directors end up dragging the show with filler contents and just ruin them in the process because there's just not enough story to justify 24-30 or even 30-50 episode runs. Can these Chinese producers understand that an 8-16 ep show full of quality content is significantly superior to 24-50 length show with 50% fillers -.-
OMG NUUUUUU PLS NO ROMANCE CUZ THAT AGE GAP!
