Great cast except for Kim Dami. I don't know why I dislike her so much. She just irks me the wrong way.
I don't mind her, but the characters she plays always rub me off the wrong way. The only work by her where I liked her character was the Witch. I absolutely HATED her character in Itaewon Class esp.
It REALLY suffered from how short it was. The ending was abrupt and Seon Yul's reciprocation of Yechan's feeings was so forced and sudden and inorganic. It needed at least 2-3 episodes. Oh well it wasn't bad at all, just the ending was really disappointing due to the bad pacing.
I feel you! I really liked the characters and the story itself and how nicely wrapped it was. But at the same time it felt so short. I wanted more from it, I wanted angst as well as more fluff. I wanted to watch their relationship develop T_T
MMH is really surprised me, TVN's weekend dramas also struggling to score Double digits I think MMH will touch…
Title literally says it hit "Double digit" T_T. Also it's not just tvN dramas. Any dramas these days struggle to hit double digits. tvN's Sat-Sunday 9PM slot dramas used to hit 10%+ easily until a year ago, but the rise of OTT has made it diff for them to do so these days.
Always? That's not true. Her last few dramas weren't hits at all (FLAW, Love in Contract, When the Weather is Fine etc.). FLAW did decently but it wasn't what you can call a "hit". Even Her Private Life didn't do well domestically viewership wise.
I was really hesitant until I read it's a body swap drama... now I'm interested because I absolutely love body…
lmao we're the opposite xD Body swap trope gives me the creeps tbh it's like a direct invasion of someone's privacy not to mention some of the things that pops in my mind about it gives me the creeps. Oh god I hate it! LOL
As someone who watches Makjang mostly, this is like 2312312 miles away from being a makjang.
There's no melodrama, no over the top plot twist or acting, no scandalous revelations. There's also almost no focus on family plot elements. All of these are important traits of makjangs. Even the "revenge" is more on the grounded side so far.
the way every one is saying they cant take min hwan seriousely cause of welcome to waikiki meanwhile here i am…
Minhwan's the type of abuser who'll abuse you while smiling at you and saying he loves you so Lee Yikyung was well casted. I actually think he suits the role well and he's making it very believable for me.
The hair thing is just bad direction and editing LOL
