IK it's a subjective POV. I was talking about myself. I dropped almost every drama this year except for 2-3 ones. For me it's the weakest year for Kdrama in ages.

Okay in retrospect, even if this show wasn't that great its impact on PH BL scene was huge. I honestly don't remember PH BL shows before this at all, but PH started making so many of them after this show became a hit.

Why is Rak such a pushover omgggg I'm at ep 2 and the way he acts about his best friend and Bf just pissed me off. Like he should've attacked them both and wrecked their faces!!! Oh if I were him, there'd have been blood.

They mean the rating. The drama already has ratings even though it's just 2 eps in.

It's already over though, everyone knows she's not the fake daughter. The mum is not doing anything as to catch why she faked it.

They should've aired this after everything had ended. It's gonna struggle to rise because most people have either missed out on the episodes or they've moved on due to the constant postponement. It's such a shame. The new episode only rose to 13.7% as well, a Sunday primetime drama getting sub 15% is tragic as hell.

I love this show so far ngl ESP Kim Jung Eun. Omg she's SO stylish here, ICONIC and serving cunt!!!

Lee Yumi's portrayal of Namsoon is SO adorable and Ong Seung Woo looks hella hot here!

They're not promoting it. KBS2 really fked this drama up wiht the constant postponement. It's self sabotage atp, the last episode had 11% ratings only. It's abysmally low for a network weekend drama. I don't even remember the last drama that dipped that hard.

As a huge fan of Dr Romantic 1 and 2, 3rd season was a pain to watch for me. Heck I couldn't even complete it and dropped it around ep 8-9. And yes ofc it was a matter of opinion,hence why "Imo".

Moving yes.The other 2 no, esp A Time Called You. It was so inferior in comparison to the original imo. Either way having 2-3 good dramas still doesn't mean it was a good year for kdrama.

This year's been a very weak year for Kdrama, hopefully this one's good.

Rewatching this made me realise that this drama is a commentary on the negative effects of true crime genre. And how it negatively affects not just the lives of the victims and their family but also the offender's family (who are often not knowing of the crime committed by their relative). It makes me despite true crime genre, and biopics based on serial killers even more (I'm talking about the likes of the Netflix's Dahmer show Monster) even more than ever now.

Pampering a kid like that the daughter in law does to Rubi is SO bad. She's a terrible mother, ignoring one child in favour of another child whom she's not parenting well either. And she's an even worse wife. The husband is also a complete wuss, instead of taking charge he just screams and leaves. No action whatsoever. He needs to draw some boundaries but he doesn't. Such toxic family dynamic. But it's realistic here in Asia ig because I've seen this happen in real time numerous times.

I kinda wanna see the romance between Hyosim's brother and Taehee bloom more than Hyosim-Taeho rn LOL I kinda like their premise more.

Also that other brother is so horrible. If I was Hyosim, I'd cut him off without a second thought. Like he's older than her yet he has no job and doesn't even earn shit. Fcuk him.
