I really love the little parts Jo Kippeum gets every episode. It's a highlight on how these tabloid reporters work as well. Their superiors pushes them to push out story after story without proper vetting into sources or checking the credibility of it.
This drama reminds me of Be Melodramatic. While it doesn't have the same level of writing or polish (plus the darker side of the storyline is a bit off putting), but the characters have incredible chemistry with each other and they're almost all so likeable (except for the usual suspects ofc). Even the smallest character is very likeable. The affability of the characters is why it keeps me hooked despite the storyline being predictable.
I mean, many will watch it, cause that's just what we do😂 since there aren't many dramas to choose from we'll…
Sequel does NOT mean it has to have the same characters or have to be a direct continuation. Why are people redefining that term. When it's a continuation or the same characters, it's called a "Direct Sequel" not just sequel. Why are people redefining terms in this comment section.
They should have done a spinoff or something different, i have nothing against the cast but it is not appealing…
Uh? What are you saying even? What's the difference whether this is a sequel or a spin-off? If this isn't appealing to you, then it being announced as spin-off wouldn't be appealing either.
Ermagash it's Lee Hyun Jin!!!!!!! About time he gets a lead role. I fking hate how this industry ignored his amazing face and fledgling talent for decades.
The editing and cinematography feels SO amateur. Omg this drama is shot like a cheap YT webdrama and the post-production looks SOO mediocre it's obvious af Also what's with the random af score every other second??? That's another thing that makes it look and sound like a YT webdrama.
If MLN had the star power of Our Blues, it would be breaking all ratings and rankings records.P.S. I love this…
The cast is actually ranking higher than the cast of Our Blues in the most buzzworthy actor rankings. The drama's also outperforming Our Blues in the most buzzworthy dramas.
+ him too (In fact I think GJ looks and shares a more organic friendship with him than TH, she's more natural with him). Also the short hair colleague of hers too (IDK her name LOL).
I am considering watching this but before that I was wondering how good or bad lee minki's character is and if…
As others have said, he develops over the drama. But even if you don't like him, the other characters and writing makes this drama worth watching. It's Kdrama at its peak really.
One of the best aspect of this drama are the supporting characters. From the Sanpo friends to Hyuna to Changhee's colleague (esp his friend and superior) to Mijeong's junior at work. Even Hyuna's partner, who only appeared a few episodes ago is really likeable. This is ensemble done RIGHT.
Everyone here wants him to do more dramas. But I personally want him to go back to making music again. He has so many good songs. Why'd he completely ditch his singing career T__T

He's defo among the best looking Japanese actors around. He has an editorial look to him. It's gorgeous.
