I rather believe is the fact that MM was a melodrama, and thats a genre most cdrama watchers will avoid. Around that time we had other times airing that was filled with action and so,for MM you need to be in a melo mood to watch it. Yup one of my top 3 xianxias.

well same, but based off him directing years back, not hard to tell hes a bit outdated, I watched LAC a bit before dropping and that wasn't good, tho this drama has two directors, maybe the other one saved it 🫢

yup lets hope it stays like this until the end, CY last good drama was MLC, hopefully he can redeem himself still for me with this one. It looks like a perfect revenge drama so I hope they dont ruin, best its 28 eps so hopefully no draggy bits here and there.
