it was a big deal, if he failed, his whole family would've been executed, they gave us input what the dangers of this trip was, but as we solve it, it obviously won't seem like sucha big matter as we never saw what the outcome would be like. All his methods used in the Nanjing arc were strategically thought out and thats the reason he overcame it.

And why exactly should he always be in trouble? Man has gone through many things in his journey until where we have come. The main purpose of the Nanjing arc was so they he could clear his name and finally escape his low status. It gets boring and repetitive if someone just rises high to fall about nth thousands times. He is a character that is smart and able to think his problems out well and thats why he can escape his troubles easily, and in that ways of him; he always takes his risks, there is always visible tension in the drama. After the drama is called "Legend of the Magnate" - which should be interpreted that he is a successful and influential businessman, as we're nearing the end of the drama, there shouldn't be too much trouble obviously expect for the climax.

current rumours is that it'll air on iQiyi, Youku and CCTV8, but if so, it maybe won't air the golden prime time rather the second TV slot (21:30-23:30) if CCTV happens to choose Swords into Plowshares which is a huge drama for them.

yeah he's a very good director and scriptwriter , no doubt he'd not want to protect his works and promote them as best as he can, but honestly feel TUC might not make it to air on CCTV, maybe another satellite TV like JSTV or so, there's a big backlog of dramas atm and we have no idea how I'll go cuz only CCTV1 and CCTV8 airs dramas, but they do prioritise dramas that are basically non-idol dramas, TUC being on CCTV ptb is honestly a good thing, but the way the scheduling is going according to the rumours doesn't seem so good, either web series with another satellite TV or we wait until CCTV finally grants it to air on CCTV8.

I don't think its a bad thing, I honestly don't know what the pros and cons are of it.

very good. Li Qin isn't an antagonist and there's quite a brotherhood between him and Pingyuan so no worries that he'll be evil.

SCoT is a short length drama, I highly doubt it'd disturb TUC from airing, but yet again the team really wants this to air on CCTV as this is an acclaimed director, so I highly doubt it'll air since CCTV is so full atm. I've even seen rumours of TUC becoming a pure web series, but we'll have to see otherwise this will be postponed for quite while since CCTV has an insane backlog of dramas atm.

oh same, was such a highlight. I didn't expect to laugh so much 😅 loving the comedy in this drama.
