Just finished this and I was skipping or watch it on 1.5X . And I felt like the episodes were too long. Wish they just kept it 1hr per ep and not 1.5hrs. And I guess, you pointed those things which I wanted to say. .

the actress playing the character Lian Fang really did a commendable job - I liked her more than the FL.
Yes. I agree. I missed her sometimes. Though sometimes her dub or original annoyed me but I still missed it. It was most of the times good.

Totally agree. And I read in comments on drama website, someone said that she can speak Chinese well. So i wondered why didn't she do lipsing in Mandarin but English. It was painful to watch.

Try Story Of Minglan. I liked that a lot. FL is really smart but keeps low profile coz of her family but never gets played by them. I was expecting TSATB to be at same level since people were mentioning the similarity but so far, i am kinda just watching without excitement. Haven't come across that smart play till now. At ep 12. Hope it gets better
