It actually seemed like Kenta was more interested in/liked Kiyo. And sumire liked Kenta. So my understanding about both the situations is right. Does anime show anything more clear answers to this? Or is it just same (if you have watched)

I get that grooming is wrong but age gap still exits and it's a personal choice who people chose and what age difference they are okay. I am quite shocked that she used her own voice in this drama. I just started this drama and yang mi appeared, like probably 15mins to end the ep, and I thought, this time they dubbed her voice with someone. Coz I found her voice better in previous work. Here it's too girlish that it's giving me headache. Just finished this and I was skipping or watch it on 1.5X . And I felt like the episodes were too long. Wish they just kept it 1hr per ep and not 1.5hrs. And I guess, you pointed those things which I wanted to say. .
