No uber mean, no love, triangle, just chill, slice of life romance. I would prefer no government propaganda stuff, but i can always skip those if the rest are goo.

In the novel, han li is described as very average looking, with darker, tanned skin. This is one change in novel im not complaining about.

Another thing about this novel is, 98% ML centric, fully xianxia intrigue and action.

Romance is barely an afterthought. FML literally disappear fr hundreds of chapters at times and on the second part of the novel not showing at all until over a thousand chapters passed. But i fully expect with all xianxia dramas, they will shoehorn some unecessary romances.

I just hope they will get the intrigues and actions right. The novel is literal legend in the community

Is it just me that kinda wished the mum got punished. I don’t buy all these feel good, forgive and forget bs. I’d rather her burn in prison in anger shame and regret. 😆

The novel is one of if not the biggest in china. You best believe it will be done well.

Possible. But the risk of infection for both baby and mum are astronomically high, especially in a place non sterile like that. And infection during child birth can be fatal, more so for the mum
