I would say this is more like real life. You wouldnt believe how many disfunctional relationships like these are there. People that knows its bad for them bad they just cant help themselves and they get into this vicious cycle of break up and make up

The first arc (2300+ chaps) official translation can be read in wuxiaworld, translation is top notch. The second arc (1400+chaps) however has no official translation. Apparently theres a problem with the licensing so unless you can read chinese you will have to content with machine translation. There is a somewhat decent one in novelhi.com

Thats right. Han Li’s one woman type of guy. All thorugh the novel. Or at least up to 2800 chaps i’ve read so far.

Tbh, this novel barely has any romance at all. I finished 2300+ chaps of the first arc and currently around 500 chaps into the second arc. I can safely say that romance is less than 1% of the story. Han Li and this novel in general is all about cultivation. Romance is barely an afterthought.

Wtf mo cai huan is a lead? She only appears in a few chapters.. han li’s one and only romantic interest in the whole 3700 chapters is Nangong Wan. This does not bode well for the story

I’ve been reading this novel for nearly 3 months now. Going on 2370 chapters with no end in sight.

This story is an epic saga. I dunno how they plan on adapting this into a mere 40 eps series. Maybe if they adapt just first couple arcs, first couple hundred chapters or so.

I hope they don’t butcher this story, but with c-drama track records for adapting xianxia, i have very little faith.
