The drama hasn't finished airing yet. But so far the drama's veered onto it's own path, so it's unlikely.

I hope this doesn't end up being like Ao Haru Ride and I want the main couple to stay separated and have the heroine be with the rival rival instead, bc it's becoming more and more likely el o el

I tried to finish it. I did. But at that scene where Min Hyuk and Gook Doo told Bong Soon she couldn't drink, I just could not. This drama was terrible. Sorrynotsorry.

I don't think there's a single character that's better than any of the rest as of the latest episode. They're all flawed, fumbling to find their way, and making mistakes.
(This isn't including the chubby friend though lol)

Just when you think Han Kyeol is done with lying to her... SMH lol. Well, I suppose the title isn't "The Liar and His Lover" for nothing. It did kind of irked me when he skipped home happily after getting away scot-free from the drama with So Rim by lying... She's going to find out that he does actually put his feelings into the songs he writes and get upset over the song, and his lies, all over again.

I laughed so hard at Jin Woo's face when he saw So Rim smiling at Chan Yeong.
He was literally like >:O

Withholding information can be just as bad as lying, but at least So Rim came clean. Han Kyeol lied, and at first he had the "It's a company secret" excuse, but he had no excuse after So Rim joined the company... He kept lying to her, and even lied to her grandma. He went so far as to jump and hide when they were at the company building at the same time, when he could've just came clean. It's not that he didn't know better, because he did say he felt bad about lying. He's just really dumb when it comes to relationships lol which I guess is all a part of his character development. I don't blame So Rim at all for feeling hurt. Anybody would think that he was playing around with them...

I REALLY did not want this to be a flop for me. Really. I even forced myself to watch a few more episodes, even though it felt like I had a gun put to my head just to get through one. It was a sad moment when I dropped this series. I had liked it so much at the start :/ But it's shortcomings were too vast. When the novelty of the series' premise started to wane and the flat characters and rom-com themes took centerstage was when they lost me. Still sad :'(

Oh, God, PLEASE don't let that be a tracking device he's implanting in a necklace he's going to give Bong Soon. That's pushing it WAAY over the line... He needs to tell her that it's a tracking device before he gives it to her, and give her a good reason why. Consent is everything.

They're very different from each other, but the core plot is more or less the same. I say give it a spin :)

Following your logic, you were severely lacking in what you demand from others. You're like a child throwing a hissy fit on the schoolyard, and you expect thesis papers in return.

It's quite plain that her purpose was not to persuade anyone of anything. She wasn't seeking to be taken seriously by you, contrary to how you feel. And your opinion on what constitutes as having merit is individually your own.
It's just too much fire blown over a harmless comment. You're allowed to have a differing opinion, my dear, but this was not the way to go about it at all.

She isn't obligated to answer those questions, nor are you entitled to the answers - PERIOD. No "but"s about it. Her opinion does not need to be anything but her own, and my opinion is you need to calm down. I'll leave the answers to the questions you must be desperate to have to your imagination.

I love how they had to put Joy in a baggy hoodie several sizes too big for the scene where she's feeling self-conscious of her body. As if we all don't know she's an idol and has a killer body lol.
P.S. I want to fight the class president. I must protect the chubby, sweet friend with the dimples at all costs.
