Yes, I was being ironic - but the proposed policy was for everyone, regardless of wealth - probably best, 'no strings'. The rich contribute the most... the rest may just give up if they have to go through degrading and intrusive wealth assessments - so all the babies would come from the two far extremes, none from the middle of society.

They are referring to a collective to give weight to their own, personal bias - it sounds more important to use 'the public' instead of just 'I'. Hence, it's up to SOOP and Gong Yoo to choose what information they make public. Hope that's ok with you; if not, tough luck, address your complaints to them.
