Maybe it's a melody specifically created for the show as background/transition music. No idea whether this "soundtrack" gets officially released to the general public..
If an artist of this caliber can be publicly ruined and prosecuted, although he for sure has all those powerful connections that apparently were not helpful, then what kind of treatment can the average citizen expect by the authorities?! Whether it was a targeted attack or a public shaming blown out of proportion, those responsible have blood on their hands and should face repercussions. I hope Lee Sun Kyun and his family will receive justice! My deppest condolences to his family. Rest in peace!
'18 again' which features the same main lead btw is a far superior show in terms of script quality and acting. The time traveling aspect is included as well.
This show doesn't take itself too seriously and plays into its absurdity. But hey, ridiculous plot twists and makjang go hand in hand. So just enjoy this camp madness without paying too much attention to some of the plot holes π€£π
A very boring drama because of the boring story!Want a famous female lead like song hye kyo or other famous actresses…
If the plot is weak, even a more experienced actor won't save a series. But the main female lead is a pretty stellar actor imho. CEW could learn a thing or too from her ;-)
Overall I found the series just too weak plot-wise. It was too convoluted and thus messy. The finale was also very weak and disappointing. The interesting initial premise of a national death penalty vote was executed poorly which is such a pity.
So far i am at episode 7 and this drama bring nothing new.To me it doesn't feels like gangsters at all, maybe like…
Yeah, after some rethinking that's so true..It really doesn't feel like real gangsters or real people for that matter. There's only talking and fighting. But not really much bonding between the gang members and the ML happening. Also no parties, women, booze but also no family dinners among the gang which could have lead to that bonding experience. This could have made our ML more conflicted. Also, not more missions with his crew for the ML. And finally, the violence probably should be even more graphic since we're dealing with really dangerous people here.
While I enjoyed this series overall, it should have been even grittier. A couple issues I had: - Our main bad guy deserved more screen time and character development in the last couple episodes. I hoped he would be a bit more perceptive and less oblivous to his new employees. He was portrayed as a conniving mastermind after all. - The love relationships should have been developed more and depicted in a more mature way since it's a mature thriller - The female lead deserved more plot lines and a less cliche depiction - The main lead was meeting up with his police supervisors way too often and too in the open.. He should have been more isolated which could have lead to a feeling of paranoia... This would have made the drama a more suspenseful and interesting experience for the viewers.
