I can only explain based on the events that happened in the show. One time something was going on in a character's mind is when Ningjing imagined Tang Li saying positive things to her, but she was never able to interact with the Tang Li that she was imagining, so I doubt that LFY was just imagining things since he was able to interact with Yunxi. Also, there are several details besides the bracelet that help explain the ending if you remember other events in the story. For instance, LFY said earlier that Yunxi is very good at tricking people by making up information.

I think focusing more on the events that happened in the story, like Yunxi's scar, how Yunxi cured her scar, and the other time the white mist came out of the bracelet will give a better idea of the ending.
