Title Extracurricular Spoiler
I think Jisoo survived in the end because only living characters can have flashbacks, and Jisoo had a flashback of giving water to his hermit. In the final episode, Gyuri said she had something important to talk to Ji Soo about on the cell phone, we never see the exact details, but it likely involves her parents stepping in to help. I believe Gyuri’s mom saved Ji Soo because she owns a car with medical supplies, making a quick escape possible, and Jisoo warned Gyuri about needing support before Kitae stabbed him.

Title Bloody Romance Spoiler
Can someone tell me if it's a happy ending or a sad ending?
This follow's Erudite's spoiler, but the last gate that we see is the gate to Chang An's location from the fan, if you can understand Chinese and read the word's from right to left which is traditional Chinese.

8.8 is not good ?
I think that the Tiansha Arc is bringing the story down. The biggest problem with the story is that I can't even understand what was going on during those 12 episodes. It was generally a huge waste of time. I still gave a full score though.

Who else could it be? We know Yun Xi's mom is definitely dead since she fell off of a cliff and the bag she was…
Yun Xi never said that Fei Ye wasn't allowed to see her body, Qi Shao just made that part up. I also gave an explanation on why she never returned to Fei Ye, and it's because a lot of people would be after her secrets, like how she can survive death.

I do not know how I feel about this ending. XD
Chinese dramas tend to just close the scene after all of the main storylines are resolved. The writers don't tend to have more ideas on celebrating other than with a happy song to leave the audiene with positive thoughts.

Seven is still alive, if you looked closely at the bridge after he kicked the guy off, it was vertical since he was holding onto it and his weight was keeping the bridge from going flat again.

Title Legend of Yun Xi Spoiler
I was pleasantly surprised by this drama and I liked the cast. Yun Xi and Fei Ye made a cute couple and I liked…
Who else could it be? We know Yun Xi's mom is definitely dead since she fell off of a cliff and the bag she was holding when she fell off of the cliff was recovered by the Empress. They introduce names when new characters appear, but it didn't happen for the last character. Yun Xi can also constantly change her appearance so that Qishao can't recognize her. Another theory is that she's Yun Xi's sister, but she never left the city throughout the entire drama, so it's unlikely. Yun Xi is the only medical expert left who could of saved Qishao unless there's someone else who's still alive.

Review Legend of Fu Yao Spoiler
One problem, I don't think that the last scene was in Tianquan, it was Xuanji. From episode 57, you can see that it's the only location with smoke coming out of the pond and lilies in the pond, and it's from Fuyao's memories. Also, we know that the Firmament is the closest to Xuanji, and the final overview look like buildings from Xuanji.

They didn't become immortal, Fuyao had all five of her seals opened so she could recover from any form of injury.…
They weren't talking about going back to the mortal world. Fuyao was just asking Wuji about what the love letter he wrote meant, and it's the letter from the end of episode 64. Not sure why you think it had anything to do with the going back to the mortal world. If they died, they probably wouldn't remember something like this.

I'm so sad that the score is going down, I think the Tiansha arc was the only bad arc since the antagonist wasn't really evil, he was just corrupt and greedy. Can we please give this drama the score it deserves? The fifth seal did not make any sense when it was opened, but that's about the only negative part I can see. What's driving the score down?

They didn't become immortal, Fuyao had all five of her seals opened so she could recover from any form of injury.…
Taxiasian has the entire subs so that's a good place to start. Each of the broken seals allowed Fuyao to recover from death if you recall, the opened dragon seal allowed Fuyao to recover from the physical injuries that Qi Zhen inflicted on her along with the cuts, it also allowed Fuyao to quickly heal from the wounds Zhangsun Pingrong gave her. The phoenix seal allowed Fuyao to instantly heal from any bleeding injuries, you can see this after her bleeding wounds faded when her blood activated the phoenix crest. Fuyao's uncle lifted the seal that allowed Fuyao to recover from any poison. As for the last scene, Wuji said that only heaven knows of whether he was fated to be with Fuyao, which means they are still alive, they are not in heaven. Fuyao also talked about how she was able to break her destiny of sacrificing herself to save the lives of everyone else if you recognize the Chinese.

Can someone explain the ending to me? I was a bit confused. Some said they became immortals?
They didn't become immortal, Fuyao had all five of her seals opened so she could recover from any form of injury. Zhan Beiye, Zong Yue, and Yalan Zhu saved Wuji although it's not shown, but I'm glad Yalan Zhu finally resolved her conflict with Wuji. In the final scene, Wuji and Fuyao have a short conversation of how love will allow them to overcome any difficulty that's ahead of time as they work on rebuilding the five kingdoms from the greed and corruption that plagued them for generations now that the rulers of the kingdoms are all close friends.

I really wanted a proper sendoff at the end since it was such an emotional rollercoaster. Think Fuyao at the end of this video as Fuyao after the events in the drama, there are a few moments that never made it to the final production, which is pretty interesting. Despite a few minor flaws, Fuyao is one of those dramas that will always have a place in my heart.

Indeed, you are right. After episode 40 the drama becomes sooo boring, I can barely drag myself to watch more.…
I've finished it and I would say that Fuyao is worth finishing. To fully understand the story, I think understanding Chinese is necessary since the subtitles are not enough to convey the powerful emotions behind words of the characters. One reason many people have a negative opinion about the second half is the lack of romance, but I think differently after finishing the drama. To start off, the first half focuses on the joy of being together, there were many colorful moments and fascinating characters getting introduced.
The second half is about loss and separation, which is why many people think that everything falls apart, since the two main leads don't seem to be close despite being able to see each other. But if you think more carefully, Fuyao was emotionally destroyed by an illusion even after Wuji proved that it wasn't real. Wuji was also forced to see Fuyao as an evil that he was tasked with destroying, so circumstances forced them to be apart. A lot of moments were very rushed in the second half, but the main story doesn't suffer
as much as many people say it does. I personally think the second half does an excellent job of showing how there is always darkness when there is light, the characters are each tasked with making their own decisions which leads to many consequences. Finally, the drama does have its high moments again towards the end but it wouldn't make sense to go there without knowing what happened beforehand.

Title Legend of Fu Yao Spoiler
Here are the closing points for the drama. I thought the drama was great, but here's some interesting information…
1. During the Slave Market, how is it night time at the end of one episode and then day time at the start of the next episode, definitely no time skip was present.
2. A dark smoke (Fake Wuji) attacked Zhan Beiye the same way it took over Fuyao. Is there a connection between these two events?
3. How did the second bell all of a sudden come to Fu Yao?
4. What Magic revived Zhan Beiye, he stabbed himself to death.
5. Flashback issue I mentioned earlier.
6. How come Pei Yuan's and Jing Chen's death had no impact on future events in the story? Yan Lie definitely would do something about it.
7. The change in the ending song for the drama was the best indicator that the overall quality of the story was heading towards a sharp decline (happens in 33).
8. Xuanyuan Hui never showed up again after Wuji told her to leave.
9. Making up corruption to progress the direction of the story is a bad strategy for telling a story. We don't know how Zhangsun Pingrong got figured out, Wuji basically just said it. Beiheng is also convicted of corruption without any indicator of how he was found out initially, other than his room was suddenly filled with riches.
10. Wuji constantly going back and forth from Yao City and Tianquan. Wuji shouldn't be so careless with his stepdad's word of being sick, especially since his stepdad already tried to murder Fu Yao, but I guess this is more of a personal opinion.

okay i just finished and now i am speechless like i already miss it. Fuyao is indeed my favorite drama of 2018,…
While I agree that the ending was fast, there wasn't a lot more stuff to go through. If you recall, there are several subplots taking place through the story, and this story doesn't celebrate everything at the end. Zhang Beiye and Yalan Zhu celebrated their reunion ofter Nancheng was defeated and Yalan Zhu got her sight back. Zong Yue was finally at peace after Qi Zhen committed suicide. Since the endings occurred at different times, we already know how the stories of the other characters ended before our main leads reached its conclusion. I hope this clarifies the confusion.
