If I'm not mistaken Go ahead used to be on Netflix ? 🤔 even though it's not there anymore. Anyways, given the trend of Legend of Anle, the double, princess royal, hidden love....all Youku dramas that went immediately to Netflix after, I am inclined to think that brocade Odyssey would be next once it's broadcast in China.

Variety show? This is Youku we're talking about 😬😬😬. I'm just glad that the drama will be broadcasted.
We might have a chance if it airs on satellite TV ( mango Tv) but I want it to go to CCTV honestly.
The good News is that most Youku dramas released lately go directly to Netflix afterwards. It's as if they have some deals with them so hopefully this will be case for this one too 🤞🤞.

I think that it is the 2nd most watched CP appearance on that channel this year (someone correct me if Im wrong) . The 1st one is Wu lei and Zhao jin Mai at 1.2 millions. That was posted 6 months ago. ABAY 5 months ago.

I feel like we waited so long for ABAY especially considering the fact that they obtained the license so fast. If I'm not mistaken it was a few months after they finished filming last year. Then we thought that it was going to air at the end of the year last year😫 Then rumours about beginning of this year😫. Then confirmation of them filming the variety show. So then it was supposed to be February or March😫. Then it never came. Once the drama XK filmed after it aired instead, I was over it 😫. I was just like I'll believe it airs when I actually see it with my eyes 😅😅🤣.Then I guess it was finally July 2nd.
I guess they wanted to find a perfect TV spot.
It ended paying off since it did very well ratings wise but geez these months of " will it air now or not with ABAY" were not fun.

This has been going on even before it even aired. I was just watching a random ABAY video earlier and here some of them go again" with their comments 🙄🙄🙄.

Did he really quit the entertainment industry for good? Imagine my shock when I first heard it..he's so talented and deserves to get better scripts and 1st lead roles.
His voice is 1 of the best in the industry. Shame that it's often dubbed.

We just need to be patient at this point. As TSY fans would know, ABAY was already a good warm up. With the way we kept waiting for a release date, I honestly thought that we might not even see it this year (look at how they promoted the drama back in February with a variety show but the show didnt air until last month; usually when you air the variety show, the show immediately follows).
I dont think Brocade Odyssey will air next month but since it was a key drama for Youku this year and the Sichuan government invested in it, I have hopes that we might see it in the next few months.

There are rumors of her attending a brand event at the end of this month so let's see. Hopefully we will get a confirmation of her next projects next month and maybe joining a new team.
