Yeah this is why I didnt want to read ABAY novel before watching it despite the spoilers being everywhere and it was the best decision for me because I was able to enjoy it in peace without having to constantly compare it lol. In general , it seems like most people who read it were pleased with the adaptation overall but the amount of comments I kept seeing in the comment section while it was airing talking about....in the book this really happened, X did this...Y did this...Y was this....X was this......became annoying after a while lol. And it is not only with ABAY but with other dramas adaptations as well.
There are even some recent C costume dramas that were recently released (not mentioning any names) where the plot in the drama was completely changed or the ending....
This drama is up there with 1 of the most and best natural skinship I have ever seen in a Cdrama and I've watched many of them lol. Finally a couple that actually behaved like a real life couple!!! No chaste kisses or acting like a robot when the ML is kissing you.
Omg I still remember the behind the scenes of the kiss of when she proposed to him....man these actors are 🙌🙌😁😁. Even the kiss when they were in the chalet and the many takes 🙈🙈🙊

I'm glad that this work is an original work and not an adaptation 🙂. Some Dramas adaptations are great but I feel like a lot of time once the drama airs, a lot of watchers talk too much about how it compares to the novel instead of enjoying the story 😅😅. And sometimes some dramas adaptations are completely the opposite from the novel which pisses off the viewers.
At least, we'll be able to watch this and make our own conclusions or expectations with each episode of whatever we can expect next. It creates more expectations and so many different plotlines from viewers. It makes it so much fun , exciting imo 😁😁.
