Oh really….hope so too🙏 It’s just that sometimes the math isn’t mathing when it comes to BL series like we have series with no plot, not much of a story going on for months purely run on fillers and romcom.. And then we have series that have a whole universe to unpack but have so less episodes that it’s rushed and moving so fast, one cannot wrap their head around WTH just happened..🤣
Let’s hope TTH can be perfect, I mean the fact that this is my most awaited series even more than All of us are dead part 2, it’s personal atp 😅😅

It’s just that there is so much to unpack? Like many no brainer stories have 10, 12 episodes with basically nothing to show but pushing the same romcom fillers .. and here something this deep, raw and important is being reduced to 5 episodes… I feel this is a diff type of series that needs slow burn so fast pacing and skipping minute details may not look nice.. we have two very deep characters, one with the emotional baggage and trauma and the other is going to relearn about his own identity and self … there is so much feelings and emotions involved here which I hope they won’t cut down on bcoz of the less episodes..
I trust p’Aof but I’m selfish😩, like wdym no story filler dramas gets 12 episodes and something this good is gonna be only 5??? The trailer is so goated, if done right, this series cud easily become one of the best gmmtv series but they can’t fumble this up 😭….This is my most awaited drama..

Character and series so goated, it’s trending everywhere… Can’t believe I’m witnessing this series and pondphuwin be successful more and more everyday and I’m so happy for them and for our Williamest and perthsanta too … I know there is no line up for pondphuwin this year but if I was GMMTV head I wud actually make another pondphuwin drama for this year esp if their schedules allowed, it’s their peak and they can really take this success and hype to next level .. hoping they will use this peak time to do more projects
Rewatching the edits brought me back here…. And I don’t agree with the ratings … like wdym this is 8.5? It shud be at least 8.8 or 8.9 coz it was that good. The acting, the chemistry, cinematography, how well it was directed and don’t get me started on offgun, their acting and chemistry was over the roof… and the ost? Esp the one on the first and last kiss scene? No….that was a genius move to make such cinematic kisses with the best possible background music

The beauty of having so many dramas is that it has multiple genres. Because not all of us like the same thing, we have multiple genres where we can choose specific things that we like. Now coming to the dramas or BL dramas in general, I don’t get when ppl complain abt a drama being a specific genre or having a specific story bcoz it may not be catering to you but it’s catering to a diff audience….
We watch diff genres of dramas for a reason coz we wanna watch diff things at different times..unless we are specifically avoiding any genres, we can take these as different stops where u stop by to get diff things.. ppl complain when a drama is too intimate or spicy but also complain when it’s too pg and not spicy, ppl complain when it’s too toxic and red flag but also complain when it’s too tamed and green flag coz then it becomes boring, ppl complain when it’s action, fiction or supernatural and romance gets sidelined but also complain when it’s pure sweet fluffy rom com.. but all of these needs to exist so there can be a balance..
like watching a pure cliche romance after watching some traumatizing intense drama can act like a buffer for ur own feelings, similarly watching a diff genre after watching cliche rom com can be refreshing and make it less dull. And I know ppl have differing opinions but instead of going “why are ppl making the same genre” or “ why is it like other dramas” u can simply go “its not my cup of tea atp” ofc u can always rate it as u like but hopefully ppl can understand the need of having these dramas…
like after TMS, I went for the entertaining and cutest M&T after which I went for a spicy, slightly concerning intimate drama after which I’m watching this and so far it’s going great, I’m enjoying and it’s balancing my emotions .. I think sometimes cliche and familiar storylines acts like comfort or ur safe space where after experiencing all sorts of things outside, u just want to come back to the familiar comfort and just get cozy…
So TMS was his first work? Wow… he is unreal.. he is so young but portrayed fan Xiao the best way.. why are there no new projects for him? I wanna see him act in multiple projects.., wish he can be paired with yi ren again

I’m those I see some spicy or angsty or intense chemistry scenes in edits so I have to watch what it’s abt kinda person. Just romance is not even my genre actually ep in straight dramas .. I like my romance as second thing to some major story going on… but once in a while I do enjoy rom coms or cute stories esp only in BLs.. anyways, I will check out your recs, I love me a good ship & good chemistry… thank u
For someone who rarely does ongoing, esp Thai BL coz with one episode a week (for my sanity) I started this today and so far on ep 4th, I’m liking it… it’s funny even borderline cringe est with the soap opera dialogues but it is a light watch esp after finishing TMS, this was a NEED I’m invested in Pondphuwin now, any other drama recs with pondphuwin or Perth Santa that wud be good after finishing this ?
Yes ofc… we practice free will here, u really don’t have to watch, in fact I can completely ignore this drama and the leads and pretend they don’t exist… and no one was forcing u to watch but for someone who isn’t gonna watch, why are u even on the page? To criticize? Bring backlash to the leads? I mean hundreds of dramas releasing this year and you want to camp out on the ONE you are not even gonna watch …

Well if it’s about that.. there’s nothing to do but wait… both the actors are highly professional with great acting skills. Ofc it would have been amazing if they signed other actress but it is what it is.. hoping they can keep romance as a side genre like fof which will make the drama great but keep any intimate scenes at bay… I just don’t want HMH to get any backlash as he was roped in the contract before the female lead joined

Not every drama has to show romance with soul sucking kisses and intimate scenes.. ppl have made romance and love as something strictly physical… as someone who has been watching dramas for more than a decade now, I’ve watched so many beautiful love without any kiss and guess what ? I survived.. .. HMH himself has a drama with no kiss and still his chemistry with the lead so beautiful and soulful .. soooo yeah
How abt we leave it to the actual ppl involved? In no way I’m saying let’s cast all the underage ppl in romance but aimi is not a newbie, she is a professional who has been in the industry for years.. I’m sure she will stick to her decision of taking part in the drama even on her 18th birthday… her being 17 doesn’t mean ppl get to walk over her decision and her… and btw we also have idols who are minors in their not so minor outfits performing for not so minor fans.. but they are professionals, if that can be respected then aimi shud also be respected
