Yes, miscarriages happen often specially in the first 3 months of pregnancy, however, falling won't make a woman miscarry unless she is a high-risk pregnancy. She is more than 4 months pregnant already. Anyways, that's not the point because she was hit by a car like a person might lose their lives in this situation.
This version doesn't show that she has high-risk pregnancy and we haven't seen any bleeding (that's why I found this scene weird).. but I have watched the Japanese version and she was definitely bleeding and it made it more realistic. It is a heartbreaking moment.. but yeah they could have done better showing that in my opinion!
The car accident scene is unrealistic. Who would stand there for minutes watching his wife after getting hit by a car? -_- Even people around them were gathering to see what happened and he didn't move at all!!

I haven't watched all the other versions but in the Japanese one he knew before the FL leave him but he didn't get a chance to explain what Anna did to her.
Ugh it doesn't make any sense. All this time he thought the FL left him because of the miscarriage which was an "accident"! come on..
What I dislike the most about this drama (not the remake, the story itself) is how you end up hating Anna who did no wrong when she knew what happened. IRL, if your boyfriend got a woman pregnant and got married behind your back, I bet you will react the same way. He is the shitty one ugh..
Yes, Anna went far after that, but if she didn't, we won't have a reason to dislike her really.. she is the one that was hurt the most. And I kinda hate that I am rooting for Jia Xin and Xi Yi. :/
