Watching 1st episode and 1st impression is that the actress playing the female lead seems too old for the role

Dont read this unless you really want to know what happens in the last episode. Half way the show it was so obvious han seo was a character thats gonna die. But didnt want it to happen, he is one of the best and fun characters in this show =( i cried so much when he died it was really super ffin sad with the brother thing and everything ;_;
Paying attention is important! Its not a show you can follow while looking at your phone. If you do, you will probably not know Jiang Cheng is Wei Wuxians brother until episode 12, like me XD. I rewatched the first 12 episodes before continuing and actually knowing what's going on makes the show 10 times better. =) So a pro tip, watch the show.

Thanks that is a view i didnt think about. My take was something like, he wasnt a bad guy before, but moon jo and the old woman turned him into it with the drinks and everything. That moon jo died was his imagination but he actually still is alive. And only the last day in the residence was something he did on his own. Its what i thought but then the millitary part didnt make sense if that was him. But it did if it wás another guy that beat someone up in the millitary because that other guy was still nice to him when they met in present day....
