I think there are just two extremes of viewers here, some people deeply enjoy the show, and others who really don’t connect with it. And honestly, both reactions are valid. It’s a forum after all; we’re all just sharing opinions.
Just watched this, and let’s be real, 24 episodes would’ve been enough! The extra 12 just dragged. Dylan and Anna, though… those two siblings had me worried. Like, was there some genetic defect that made them chase after people who didn’t love them? And they did so patiently, too😅 Anna Banana, especially, cracked me up (and annoyed me). She got me doing math😂. Like, sis, there are about 700 million eligible men in China! Yet she was ready to throw away her life, career, and years of youth for one guy who clearly didn’t care anymore. Beautiful, talented, but zero sense!
Every now and then, I come back hoping they’ll announce a season 2 for this show by some miracle. I loved this show so much, and that annoying extra episode they added shattered me.

I'm just catching up on episodes and reading through the comments. Gao and Shen are my faves, I can't stand Hua 😫 it's so painful to watch how he messes with Sheng... I’ve seen a lot of comments criticizing the scene with Gao and Shen for bordering on rape, but I haven’t really seen anyone mention the hotel scene with Hua and Sheng. Doesn’t that also raise the same concern? Wasn't that also rape?

It always cracks me up how a character throws on the flimsiest mask and suddenly becomes unrecognizable to the other characters. I’ve been rolling my eyes through these last two episodes; I’m like girl, can’t you see those same eyes and hear that same voice? That’s clearly Nan! 🙄🤣
I’m on episode 10 and still not feeling the FL’s character too 😅 Hopefully as the story unfolds, she grows on us, because right now, she’s just not doing it for me 😂 She comes across as selfish, she's almost gotten the ML killed twice now.
